I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.

Annoyed that guinea pigs are not sold singly. They love company, but so does my guinea pig after losing his 7 year old partner. Wrong kind of thinking with those outdated ideas

Very lovely staff and a good local shop for New addington residents. The number one local pet shop for all your animal needs and a regular stop when we need anything pet based. Even have reptile live food and accessories which is hard to find.

Lady cut rabbit nails but charge half price thank you. Mmmkay

As a rule I find this shop to be helpful and pleasant today I went and there was two members of staff standing at the till so on entering I say hello ladies to no reply I went round the whole shop but didn't find what I was looking for and not one of the staff member ask if I needed any help just carried on chatting , I think a little bit of customer service goes a long way it cost nothing to be polite.

I used to live in addington 29 years ago and I always use to go in there and last year I popped in there for bags of budgie seeds at a very reasonable price ..I found the staff very friendly..

The team here are brilliant. Not only found us two (lovely if somewhat hungry) tortoises but sorted out everything we needed to look after them... Would thoroughly recommend.

Took our new puppy Alfie on his first outing to the pet shop today and they were the most welcoming and friendly staff. They loved Alfie. They have everything you need for any pet, there’s so much choice. Thanks so much for making our visit so lovely.
