Edited: Hi there, I respect the fact that you may of been doing this for a while but that doesn't change the outcome of the haircut. I didn't want to argue in the shop, i did comment on my beard as that was absurd, after we left my girlfriend said she couldn't believe I didn't say anything.. Monday morning, whole team zoom meeting, my entire team reacted to the cut.. As I'm not in the area, its not worth for me to do a trip just to get my £25 back, I will put my details in here, If you return my money I will update the review to reflect your efforts to fix this situation. Original Review: I paid £25 to look like I vote for UKIP, “tiny bit off the top” he takes off and inch n a bit, I had to correct him to align my beard better as one side was 2cm high than the other, skin fade looks like a 1 on the sides. Just bad… first time in 5 years I didn’t tip a barber.. First chair owner did this cut. Very unhappy. 1/10.. just no..

First time going here and i can safely say this was the worst haircut i've ever had. The guy didn't listen to what i wanted, went too short and instead of blending the sides and back in he pretty much when for a sharp line. Also cut my neck when squaring up the back. I cannot believe how bad it was. Avoid the skinny guy who's chair is by the pay point.

I've had my hair cut twice by Sam at the carshalton barbershop ,Both time I got an excellent haircut. Sam and the other staff are friendly and efficient. The barber shop is clean and tidy. Overall, a great experience.

Never had a bad haircut from the team at Carshalton barbershop,Sam , the owner, is always very welcoming and has a good team around him. Perfect location at carshalton . Whether you want a quick trim, or your beard shaping, I’d definitely give these guys a go.

We used this barbers today , think the barber was the owner s brother , I was getting my 9 years old son s hair cut , he was smashing the shaver against my son s head , to the point I had to stop him , and then we was verbally abused by the owner , please don’t take your child here

Having an Autistic son haircuts are a hassle, we tried everywhere, he would scream etc. He saw the cars 'happy days' . Now he's older he sits in big boys chair and still same perfect service. Thanks guys...

My 1 year old boy had his hair cut here today and the staff are so nice and friendly. My little one felt very comfortable and had a lovely fresh cut which was done quickly. Very happy with little man's hair. Definitely recommend this place

I will definitely come back to this shop. I should admit they work really well and fast. Has a child 🚸 section where I will bring my daughter . Nevertheless the place is very clean.

Original: Horrible. I asked for a literal centimetre off the front and they cut like 5 cm off. Edit: All fine now I’m starting to like my hair

What can I say fantastic service from all the team and fantastic atmosphere! My twins are autistic and today was a brilliant visit for the first time in 5 years (last visit was when they were 2). They absolutely loved it! Fantastic hair cuts and the team made them both feel so happy and safe... Which is an extremely difficult task to achieve for them both. Been going to this place since the first day it opened never had a bad haircut in 6 years, very friendly staff and easy to talk to and at a very reasonable price. My husband brings both our boys regularly as this is the only place they will come to have their hairs cut! The boys feel comfortable and enjoy trying new styles. Sam is always so lovely with them. We are always really happy with their cuts and would definitely recommend visiting.

Have been using this barbershop since it first opened, myself, my brother and my father go here and we won’t go anywhere else now, top quality hair cuts and the beard trims are amazing too. Honestly I won’t go anywhere else now I’d rather let my hair grow too long than go someplace else.

Can't recommend enough. Walked in this morning with my toddler and was seen to very quickly. The barber deserves a medal for his patience; my son cried, wriggled and screamed throughout his haircut yet the barber couldn't have been more relaxed. Somehow he managed to give him a great haircut and my son even managed a smile on the way out. Really nice guys, highly recommend.

Absolutely awful with children. Considering they have the very inviting cars for the kids they do not know how to do children's hair. Cut my son 4 times, literally pushing him, pushing his head down making him scream and cry. I left without paying!. Absolutely AWFUL. if you want a good barbers with children (clip around the ear) at the circle are amazing !!. But avoid Carshalton barbers !!!. Horrible man!

Top notch haircut and all round experience. Sam is a very nice fella, takes time to be sure what you want and does an excellent haircut. He has good beers in the fridge and the pricing is very reasonable given the quality of service. Highly recommend.
