Took my car for a major service + MOT. All done in one day, with 2 wheel alignment and a gearbox oil change, reasonable price. They kept me informed and were very friendly and welcoming. Car feels great now, won't be taking it to any other garage!

I came to this garage back in March as a different garage failed to replace the clutch in my car causing the engine to drop which created damages. The garage supported me throughout the process and have backed me when communicating with the garage that failed to the point that Orchard garage have completed installing a new clutch. I have used the garage further for mot and servicing which was completed very quickly and haven't had an issue since. I have recommended to my brother and dad who both have had good service and recommend elsewhere too. Very hard working and good at explaining issues with the car for those who don't follow mechanical terminology so customers can understand.

Dropped my car off for an Air Con re-gas. The mechanics were friendly and professional, air con’s working a treat now and the cost came to exactly what was quoted before hand. If I need any servicing in future I’ll be sure to go back here, very impressed! :)

These guys are absolutely amazing - I’ve had major troubles with my car and after finding these gents on google decided to give them a go. They were super helpful and friendly from the first phone call. My Ford Fiesta repair was done very swiftly even when I wasn’t sure if my car could be repaired in the first place. They charged me very reasonably too which is very hard to find! Thank you so much - I will be back for any MOT’s or repairs in the future.

Least reliable people, lied to me for three weeks after damaging my car. Long story... No remorse showed, I had to fix it in the other garage at my own expense. It cost me more than £200! They didn't want to return money, so I feel obliged to give them proper feedback, especially this isn't my first bad experience with them. Looking at the other's feedback I can see I was the only person treated like a punk. AVOID ORCHARD GARAGE if you love your car's health!!!

Booked an interim service and MOT with collection and drop off of car. Car collected as agreed and brought back - provided good feedback when completed, no surprises with bill and really lovely man. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Don't trust garage. Was told a full service report would be emailed (as printer didn't work), never got the email. I was busy and forgot to follow up if it was sent, until 6 months later. Phoned to ask if it can be re-sent and was told they have no record of it, and that it is not possible as the mechanic has to fill it out by hand. How could they have ever done the full service in the beginning then if the printer didn't work?! Car became faulty (not to say orchard garage is to blame) and there is no way to check what was actually done in the £189 service. Quite disappointed.

I find it stressful finding a new car garage but extremely pleased I picked this one after a recommendation from a family member. I booked a service and MOT through bookmycargarage which was quick, easy and very good value. The service I received from Dave was very friendly and they looked after my Audi (80,000 miles) well.
