Just
over
a
month
ago,
I
was
looking
around
various
DIY
outlets
in
the
area
to
buy
a
complete
shower
unit
with
mixer
valves
etc.
to
replace
an
old
one.
I
only
had
the
photograph
of
the
pre-tiled
area
where
the
shower
needed
to
be
fixed.
I
was
finding
it
very
difficult
to
identify
a
suitable
unit
as
the
staff
in
various
DIY
stores
were
were
either
too
busy
or
not
very
helpful.
While
searching
through
the
internet
I
came
across
Mark
Fisher
of
Carshalton.
The
person
who
received
us
showed
the
area
where
we
could
look
at
different
options
on
display.
When
we
asked
for
some
guidance
within
a
few
minutes
someone
arrived
to
help
us
out.
By
seeing
the
photograph
of
the
area,
he
was
able
to
guide
us
through
the
options
available
and
shortly
took
our
order
for
next
day
delivery.
The
package
arrived
promptly
at
our
location
and
the
plumber
fitted
the
same
without
any
difficulties.
It
turned
out
that
the
knowledgeable
person
who
helped
us
was
none
other
than
Mark
Fisher
himself.
The
whole
experience
was
a
very
pleasant
one
and
I
will
have
no
hesitation
in
visiting
this
store
again
for
any
of
my
plumbing
related
requirements.
