Great little business - the guy new exactly what I needed. We should support these small businesses rather than the likes of Halfords who don't offer the same quality of service.

Visited first time. My saddle broke while I was riding it, one of the nuts snapped. It happened to be near to this bike shop. The people in the shop were very polite and professional and found new nut in minutes and fitted it in. I was able to continue with my bike ride. Thanks so much. I very much appreciate it

Kevin was very friendly and got my bike looking good as new for a fair price. He was always quick to respond to my emails and he turned my bike around in about two weeks. There was one issue I found, with a rear brake pad fitted too tight against the wheel rim but overall I'm thrilled with the improvements made.

My little son's bicycle brakes were repaired and serviced in no time at all for a very reasonable price. Kevin managed to squeeze me in even though his diary was full for the next few weeks. Visited first time and had a very good experience! Called during the week and managed to book it in for the weekend, which was extremely convenient. Excellent quality of service and price. I've taken a few bikes to the Village Bike Shop for services and the level of customer service, communication and workmanship has been first rate. I cannot recommend them enough. A great place for your bike repairs and services.

Although they were officially closed as they were still around, they took time to have a chat to me about my squeaky bike breaks. They were very knowledgeable about what could be causing it, and did what they could to help at the time. And advises to bring bike in for a check if the issue was still recurring.

One of my tires split while out on a ride and this shop was the nearest place to me. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and got my bike fixed and back on the road in no time. I can thoroughly recommend stopping by if you need any running repairs.

I recently took my battered old bike in to the Village Bike Shop for a much-needed service. Some major repairs (new tyres, new chain, new derailleur, new brake cables and pads...) were done very quickly, and at a reasonable price (below the original estimate). Am really pleased with the result — the bike is a pleasure to ride once again. Everything is running much more smoothly and feeling much more solid and reliable. I had been on a waiting list of a few weeks for this service, but as far as I'm concerned it was worth the wait. Thank you, Kevin!
