    I have been training weekly with Marta since January. She is an amazing PT - really motivating but in a calm and friendly manner. She consistently pushes me to challenging myself and over to course of six months I have become much stronger! I would recommend you take a free trial session with her to see if you like her. The other benefit of training with Marta is that you don’t have to also pay for gym access, since she trains you at the tooting running club - which has loads of equipment and is quieter than other gyms I have been to which is great. Thanks Marta for all your hard work!

    I am grateful to Artur for the stimulating Zoom class which kept a number of us on Tuesdays at 1pm going through Covid. He devised a programme to suit our age and level of fitness which could form a basis for working alone on other days. It’s great to have his consistent and supportive leadership. Christine Hall

    Artur is fantastic and deserves way more than 5 stars... I've been training with him twice a week for nearly 2 years now and it's been such a positive experience. About 3 years ago, as a result of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, my problems with walking began and I was left with bilateral peroneal and femoral nerve damage, plus weakness in my legs, balance problems, lack of feeling and on crutches. Artur is incredibly professional, a joy to work with, he's so keen to find out exactly what you need and what your goals are, and he will give you plenty of guidance and support. Since we started working together my walking and overall strength have improved so much, I feel so much stronger now, look so much better, and have been motivated to improve my life and health in other ways, i.e. mental health, nutrition and more movement generally. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Artur and his willingness to help me in my fight to improve my mobility and other aspects of my life. Hi is the best personal trainer/ friend I have ever come across I could not recommend him more. He helped and helping me a lot, I’m so grateful to him.     I have been training with Marta as my PT for a couple of months now since the end of the summer and I can’t recommend her enough. She has really pushed me to go further than I ever believed myself capable, and I am already so much stronger as a result. Her workouts are tailored to exactly what I need to work on, and are fun and tough! Marta herself is amazing! She’s kind and patient while at the same time being very motivating. She has pushed me to get the most out of myself in every workout.

    I have total respect and the utmost gratitude to Artur, who, within the space of a few short months, has literarily transformed me, my opinion of myself & to that of a gym too. I first attended Artur's group sessions at boot camp and knew at that point that he was someone who could help me achieve what I'd previously many times failed to do. Engaging Artur for 121 PT sessions has been revolutionary for me, based on his knowledge of fitness & food & health - his knowledge is vast! His positive and encouraging approach, coupled with challenging sessions and a belief in me (when I myself didn't even believe in me) have already yielded results for me, both physically but also importantly mentally too. For the first time in decades, I'm losing weight, I'm building muscle & stamina, and each week I see visible progress - all of which is down to Artur and his approach, and he's succeeded for me when many others in the past have failed for me. His approach has also given me much needed gym confidence and knowledge, something I've struggled to achieve in decades, and he's also succeeded in building my self-belief and confidence. I'm a person who never wears shorts (although I would love to) even in the hottest weather when abroad on holiday, I'm a person who would never take my shirt off nor would I ever entertain going into a swimming pool as this would mean taking my shirt off and wearing only swim shorts, and for decades I've been body conscious with a negative view of my body / look. Despite joining many many gyms over the years, some with PT sessions too, I've always failed in my attempts. And yet, with Artur, in only a short space of time, he's turned my years of negatives & failures into a new beginning, one that is positive and shows progress. He has single handily positively revolutionised my lifestyle, my diet, my approach to the gym, and my physical and mental health too. My only regret is the fact that I've reached my fifties before finding someone like Artur / Reach 4 Fitness, and I feel I've wasted so much time and money over the years trying to achieve something that Artur is achieving for me in a matter of a few months. I look forward to training with Artur for many years to come, I whole heartedly recommend Artur and his approach. For me, he's been, and continues to be inspirational and transformational and I'm getting in a better shape than I've ever been. Thank you, Artur / Reach 4 Fitness, you've truly succeeded for me and achieved for me what I've failed to ever achieve before, and for that I am, and always will be, immensely grateful.

    Marta is amazing! She tailors the sessions not only to what I need to do to achieve my goals, but she also adjusts them based on how I’m feeling on the day. She is very knowledgeable and offers excellent advice on what to eat and how to train. She is super friendly and always up for a good laugh while pushing you further than you thought you could reach. I totally recommend Marta for personal training as she has changed the way I approach my weight and my strength in a way that will last. Thank you Marta!

    I absolutely love my training sessions with Marta! After seeing her for over 6 months I’ve never felt stronger 💪. I’ve made more progress and learnt more through my sessions with Marta than I have from the last 10 years going to the gym solo 😊 definitely recommend to those who have been gyming for a long time as well as beginners because there is always so much more to learn!

    I have been training with Marta for almost three months. Compared to where my fitness levels started off (which were pretty low) my overall health and fitness levels have noticeably improved since we started our sessions. Marta is an excellent personal trainer, understanding individual needs and curating each workout session carefully based on my progress and health goals. She is professional, engaging and incredibly personable and is a constant motivator during each session. I could not recommend Marta enough!!

    I have been training with the team at Reach Fitness for a while now and specifically Marta has been helping me with my training plan and technique. Marta is amazing and so kind and understanding. I am quite confident with my training but wanted help with my training schedule and technique. She has been so helpful and supportive and I’m so grateful for her time and help. I also think PT’s with great experience and hands on support are often hugely over-inflated with their rates but Marta has such great rates which really helps! I think Marta would be an amazing PT for anyone just starting out and also for someone with experience - so if you’re thinking of getting someone to help you with your training or get to a class - go with Marta. My partner also trains with Artur and I’ve trained with Artur too. They are an amazing supportive and caring team. Go for it!

    I am a recovering stroke patient. Artur offered me training sessions with him on a pro bono bases. I was initially sceptical on what sort of improvement I could get and what type of magic could Artur conjure to help me in my physical condition really? Nevertheless, I gave it a go, and now looking back, it is probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Artur is very professional and very skilled in the art of training one to fitness. After just a few months of gym sessions with Artur, I walked a little more firmly to the gym instead of to limping badly. I always looked forward to my gym sessions with Artur because I knew what I was getting - patient and professional guide to rebuilding lapsed muscles. One who carefully studied your abilities, and then every week posed challenges to you achievements. Yes, Artur is big on getting you to challenge yourself within reason and of course safely by gradually increasing your reps. We went on like this for months, and before I knew it, I was doing exercises I didn’t realise was possible in my condition. Artur was always beside me encouraging me all the way for which I am very grateful. In fact my workouts with Artur was my beginning road to recovery from the devastating effects of stroke. Thanks to Artur, I can move more confidently and perform more functional tasks on my own. I am also very grateful to Marta whom I believe brought my situation to Artur’s attention. So I am very grateful to Marta and Artur of reach4fitness for helping me to believe in myself once again and that I could one day bounce back from a very delimitating illness like a haemorrhagic stroke. May God continue to bless them in their good works and reward them richly for their kindness to people like myself.

    I've been doing Artur's Forever Active class on Zoom since the first lockdown and I highly recommend him.The class is well structured for older people with a mix of cardio, muscle tone and flexibility exercises, packaged in one minute sections. Despite working remotely, Artur is aware of each person's abilities and needs and will offer alternative exercises where necessary. He keeps us motivated and working to our own ability and has created a loyal group of older people striving to keep fit.

    I recently booked two one hour sessions with Marta to help me build confidence in the gym. I now have two tailor-made sessions for me to follow when training. Marta is patient, friendly, professional, and is very experienced. She has boosted my confidence enormously and I will be booking a follow up in a few months time. Highly recommend her no matter what level you are at, she will help and support you to reach your goals.

    If you want a posturing, posing, narcissus, that charges you an arm and a leg then don’t go to Reach4Fitness. What you will get is professionalism, realism, patience and honesty. They achieve results gently on the basis of who you are and what you can achieve. If you are older, injured or just lazy ( like me) , they will still deliver and that matters. Fitness is all about want and confidence, not just indulging yourself in lycra and they know it.

    I’ve been having 1:1 personal training sessions with Marta for 6 months now and LOVE it! Each session is different, fun and tailored just for me and with the perfect ratio of encouragement/pushing. Can’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking to get fitter/stronger/leaner

    Marta has been my PT since Dec 2021 and she is excellent. She has great knowledge and expertise and also changes and adapts my programme regularly to keep things fresh and make sure I am progressing towards my goals. I highly recommend!

    Group sessions are great - friendly atmosphere but still challenging, am not surprised that so many people keep going for years. Artur is particularly good on safe technique and posture, both in private sessions and group sessions, and I feel fitter than I have done in about 20 years.
