Very rarely, if ever, I go cinema but had free tickets as gift so took the plunge. Lovely & clean with friendly staff. Amazing film & surround sound. Just why do folk always ruin it for me by munching their way through a never ending bag of popcorn or constantly fidget in the worst seat for squeaks!! They always pick the seat directly in front or behind!

Poor experience, film was projected wonky (keystone correction wasn't correct) so ask for a refund. Manager was excellent but staff members were making snide comments in the background as the refund was being processed.

We booked a 10am screening, paying just £3 a seat ( plus 75p ). As you can imagine it was very busy. Staff helpful and polite. 2 adults and 4 young children and we watched Sing 2. It was brilliant. Great couple of hours. Had to queue to exit the car park but didn't damper our overall pleasure.

Disgusting behaviour from staff and manager!! My daughter she come back in tears she was 5p short as she dropped it somewhere. They refused to let her in even though she said that her mum will pay when she comes to pick me up!!! She was walking round looking for the 5p! And they just stood there looking at her. I'm disgusted in them even the manager! Her friends where inside but phone was off they never even let her speak to them either, even though the movie had not started. Never seen anyone who would make a 13 year cry over 5p!

Actually amazing, the quality on the movies is spectacular, the food is a bit expensive but thats just movies ! The food is decent for what movie food should be , the arcade is so much fun too.

It's the first time I've been to the cinema for at least 30 years. I would have fallen asleep (the seats were so comfy) if it hadn't been so loud during the adverts.

Got a 2 4 1 on my " meerkat movies 🎥 " app. Enjoyed the film, however they know how to charge for the bags of sweets. A bag of " Revels " that's £2 in Tesco was £3.80 in the cinema almost double the price. So sneak in your own from the supermarket.

Fairly standard Cineworld cinema. A little dated but it's clean and the staff are very friendly. Great popcorn and easy parking. The lights are a bit bright during the screening, but otherwise it’s fine.

It was very chilled environment. The snacks were over priced but it's expected. The cinia was very clean so qudos to the cleaning crew. The seats are really comfortable. The admission 🎫 was a great price ! The screen size was good and the sound quality was great too..

Amazing private venue for children’s birthdays! Booked a private screen for my son’s 10th birthday party for the first time, I was apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. However 30 children were absolutely elated and didn’t want to leave! I had great feedback from the children and their parents for the next few days! A special THANK YOU to Helen, Ashley and Hannah for being so accommodating and going above and beyond for me. Will definitely recommend you to family and friends for private screening’s!

Great little cinema. Very affordable prices and has all the latest films on show. Staff are very friendly. Free parking for 4 hours. Fully recommend this cinema.

The staff are great, only downside is how expensive a trip to the cinema is, but that doesn't reflect on the cinema itself. Was quiet when I went but that's not a bad thing.

All of the staff are pleasant to interact with, making every trip really enjoyable and stressfree. The screens need some updating but that can be forgiven of such a big multiplex in a relatively small town - we can't expect the BFI in Burton. There is an amazing member of staff who always greets me with a big smile - really welcoming! She might not be an employee of Cineworld, she looks more like a security person. Absolute star!

My wife and i have had Cineworld unlimited cards for over 10 years now. We go every friday for our date night. £15.99 a month to see as many films as you want which is unbeatable value and 25% off food and drinks and at certain restaurants. I've always loved the cinema since i was a lad. With so many people at home streaming movies, in 10-20 years i think cinemas will be a thing of the past which i so sad. There is nothing like the big screen and more kids need to experience it to keep cinemas from going out of business. So treat yourself to a Cineworld unlimited card and

Nice staff, it was clean. There was a problem with the sound syncing with the movie but it righted itself. Would go again.
