Worst experience ever... The lady in the front desk has the worst attitute and let us wait for 6 days for a (fit to fly certificate) which can be completed within minutes. Also a handwritten one, even charging for that. That is also after a lot of request for days. Beware of the fat lady in the front desk. Their delayed in their job costs the patient a warning letter in her job.

They have plenty of specialised doctors, like dentists, gynecologists etc. All over management & behaviour of receptionist is good.

Went to Dr. Asit Kumar Mandal for our 1 year old child after seeing many reviews on the internet. Dr. Mandal is good. However we(parents) observed some issues : 1) If you go for a particular reason (like vaccination), he will devote his time only for that. He will not listen to any other queries/problems and say it will be dealt with later on. 2) Our child was due for one particular vaccine. He told us the cost and due date of that. However, after asking other relatives and doctors we came to know that the vaccine is not mandatory at this point (in our country) and can be given later on, if we wish. 3) He prescribes antibiotics for problems like cough/cold and diarrhoea, which many other doctors don't at the very beginning. We all know that it is better to avoid them (if possible) if we want our child's immunity to be strong. 4) He has an affinity towards nebulizer and will suggest it if your child has moderate cough/cold. He is good and quite "professional" at the same time, I would say.

Dr Mukherjee is one of the best laproscopic surgeons in Kolkata... He performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy of my wife who was suffering from excruciating pain in right abdominal portion. There was a 19mm calculus at the neck of the gall bladder at the bile duct junction... The surgery was thus challenging compared to most other gall bladder surgeries but all went well thanks to Dr Mukherjee's vast experience in this field. Lastly we have been touched by his humble nature and he is always easy to approach doctor which eases a lot of nerves of the patient party. I will definitely recommend him for any gall stone related laparoscopic surgery.

Highly recommend Laproscopic surgeon.. My mother had undergone Cholecystectomy and Umbilical hernioplasty performed by him.. It was a smooth and successful surgery completed within a time less than expected.. His Expertese in the field is evident in the way he deals a critical or emergency medical condition, also he explains the complete Medical scenario to the patient's family if they are interested.. This is rare in case of experienced doctors like him.

One stop station for health. This place is awesome and everything goes smoothly and systematically. You will find best doctors with different speciality like gyno, md, ms, dentist, pediatrics etc. All the appointments are managed by 2 very skilled women and they rock. They're too good.

My wife underwent laproscopic appendix removal. Took 90min to operate. My wife had severe infection after that...

We had a very bad experience. My aunt recently had her Hernia surgery 2 weeks back, done by Dr. Tapan Mukherjee, general surgeon. The surgery went well. But we felt the doctor was impolite and too much money minded. Still, we went ahead as we are new in Kolkata and he was recommended by my aunts diabetologist. Besides, the clinic charged INR 800 for the post surgery follow up which we agreed as the doctor instructed that we should consult him at this particular clinic only and not in the hospital where the surgery took place. It was really unfortunate that after paying 800/- my aunt was asked to pay extra INR 30 /- for her BP checkup. She refused and came back without the BP check up. Even the front office mentioned that this protocol is instructed by the concerned doctor. We felt hugely disappointed for such behaviour. This is our personal experience and we do not say that the same thing can happen to anybody but kindly be mindful before consulting this clinical and it’s team.
