I am completely satisfied with the consultation. Need some improvement in the street and the customer waiting area. One staff should be also recommended to manage the appointment and other issues.

On the very first day, when I visited him, I was thinking he is a good doctor and it's true his medicine works so quickly..I was feeling much better with few months of treatment. But gradually by the time , I realised, he prescribed a lot of uncommon medicines which is not available everywhere except a store at Seven tanks,DumDum.(near to his clinic). I had to take 3-4 medicines a day. What I understood , his motive is to hold the patient for a long... Don't let patients get well, instead worsen the patient's mental state by giving them wrong medications which paralyze a person's mental condition making them totally dependent! This is not expected from a renowned doctor! Then I switched over to another psychiatrist now taking just 1 medicine a day and getting cured day by day...

Dr. Sagnik Mukherjee is not only professional and knowledgeable doctor but also very affable. During the video consultation he was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. He listened to every little thing I said with patience. He was genuinely invested in understanding my experience throughout the treatment period. His treatment completely changed my life for better. I cannot thank him enough for helping me to recover from the problems I had. I will be eternally grateful for all the guidance and help I have received. I had online appointment with him. First of all he was almost an hour late from thr scheduled time. But when he said he was running late I understood that and let it go. But when he finally called me, he started with asking me whether I had consulted with him before. Then I went on saying my problem and he was just having reluctant attitude and he didn't tell me how to overcome my problems and simply gave me 5 medicines for 20 days. He is simply running a demand supply business. Very poor experience. I wrote this review so that no one else would waste their time. Such people have no intention of curing others but are simply focused on improving their own lifestyle with our money.

My sister is a patient of depression, is under treatment for last few years, she is better now with minimal medication. We are satisfied because the time he spent with the patient n her path of recovery.

I see that negative reviews are being marked as false. So first of all I hold nothing against the doctor and will only point out few things, both Pros and Cons from my visit for my father's case 2 yrs back : Pros : 1. Easily reachable over phone at most times. Cons : 1. Not a good listener and most times busy with his phone. 2. Advised wrong drug to my father, which literally brought to him to a stage of madness. Though he himself later changed few medicines and improved my father's condition quiet a bit, after prescribing wrong medicine at first. 3. The waiting area arrangement is quiet pathetic as most patients need to stand and no one is managing who sits where. Just few chairs lying around randomly in a very small room with a single ceiling fan, which isn't enough in summer. Needs to improve the infrastructure else patients with serious health issues may fall sick with such an arrangement. As a member of patient family I feel the doctor needs to be more sincere when prescribing these drugs and maybe listening properly to all worries of the patient can help in that.

Very knowledgeable doctor with a golden heart..... The thing we loved most he is almost always available on phone for any guidance or doubt. The quality which I never noticed in any other doctor if at all is when he missed my call he called me back. My mother is doing good after only 2-3 visit. According to my view he is very much aimed for business. Without interaction with my little son he gave his assumption. I think this is not good , and he prescribes very uncommon medications.
