BEWARE:
I
visited
Matrix
Dental
and
had
one
root
canal
done
by
Poonam
Nagpal
and
4
new
crowns
placed
by
Sourabh
Nagpal.
I
have
since
taken
x-rays
of
the
work
performed
and
had
them
reviewed
by
several
dental
professionals
in
the
USA.
I
was
then
able
to
see
the
sloppy,
low
standard
work
performed
during
my
visit.
Ultimately,
I
had
to
replace
4
out
of
4
crowns
at
additional
expense,
due
to
sloppy
workmanship
and
poor
fitting
crowns.
I
also
had
to
completely
redo
my
root
canal
due
to
a
lingering
infection
and
pain
over
8
months
after
my
visit.
During
my
root
canal,
POONAM
NAGPAL
left
an
open
hole
exposed
to
my
root
canal
in
between
appointments
that
was
only
covered
only
by
a
small
piece
of
cotton.
It
then
got
deeply
infected.
It
is
hard
to
believe
a
dentist
would
not
know
to
seal
an
exposed
root
canal
in
between
appointments
to
prevent
infection.
It
also
took
her
3
separate
visits
spaced
many
days
apart,
to
do
one
root
canal.
I
also
experienced
extreme
excruciating
pain
during
my
procedure
with
POONAM
NAGPAL
and
she
expressed
absolutely
no
concern
for
my
pain.
Also
be
warned
that
there
are
many
fake
reviews
listed
here,
some
reviewers
have
left
multiple
reviews
for
different
dental
clinics
all
in
very
short
time
spans,
click
on
some
of
the
reviewers
and
you
can
see
for
yourself,
all
very
dishonest.
The
dental
care
I
received
at
Matrix
Dental
was
very
low
grade
and
not
even
close
to
to
Western
standards.
I
found
these
dentists
to
be
dishonest,
untrustworthy,
incompetent
and
unprofessional.
This
was
my
worst
experience
in
over
40
years
of
dental
visits
and
it
turned
out
to
be
an
absolute
waste
of
time
and
money.
I
could
not
be
more
unhappy
with
the
results
and
to
this
date,
I
am
still
trying
to
correct
the
problems
they
have
caused.
Update:
March
4,
2018,
During
my
visit
a
year
earlier,
I
had
one
crown
that
had
loosened
and
fallen
out,
and
I
was
originally
just
going
to
have
the
crown
cemented
back
in
but
paid
for
a
new
zirconium
crown
to
be
put
in
due
to
a
gap
between
the
teeth.
My
current
dentist
today
just
showed
me
the
tooth
and
it
was
my
original
tooth
that
had
been
reinstalled
and
NOT
the
zirconium
crown
that
I
paid
for.
In
the
USA,
dentists
like
this
are
sued
for
malpractice
and
their
businesses
are
closed
down
because
they
are
criminals.
This
dentist
is
a
criminal
for
taking
money
and
just
pocketing
the
payment
and
not
performing
the
work.
Shame
on
you
SOURABH
NAGPAL,
you
are
a
disgrace
to
the
dental
profession
worldwide.

BEWARE
of
fake
reviews,
click
on
some
of
the
reviews,
how
is
it
that
many
of
these
reviewers
see
2
completely
different
dentists
in
in
the
time
span
of
2
weeks
or
a
month
and
leave
positive
reviews?
