Dr. Wu was fantastic and easy going, and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Parking is free accessible, and the offices are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Very happy so far with my experience!

The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were attentive and exhibited great customer service, from check-in to check-out. My total time from beginning to end was less than 30 minutes. My doctor was invested in my overall general health as he inquired on possible symptoms, as well as gave me the opportunity to speak of my concerns with my health. My positive experience is how health care should be everywhere. Thank you!!

My broker recommended Optum Monterey Park to me, Dr. Wu is my PCP. It was my first time be there, all the staffs are really friendly. Dr. Wu listened to my problems patiently and explained to me how to take medications in detail. He also referred me to see a specialist because I have several symptoms which bothered me for a long time. I am happy with my experience with Dr. Wu, he's awesome! I also had couple of x-rays, the technician was so patient and nice. It's really convenient for me to do labs, have x-rays and see PCP all together.

The staff is so rude. They ask patients to schedule appointments when it is worthless because they don’t follow it. They make people wait so long when procedures only take 20-30 minuets. Staff are so inconsiderate because patients come with an empty stomach depending on their procedure and have to wait so long to be called. Some people have diabetes and their blood sugar lowers if they don’t eat after a certain time and these people don’t care. Nurses, staff and doctors don’t care and unprofessional to their patients as they should keep track of appointments and time.

Dr. Wu is so nice, kind. I enjoy having him as my Dr. ...All staff are also very nice, and provide excellent Patient Service. Keep up the great work everyone. 😊

Optum here, as a whole seems to refuse to be accommodating. I was seconds after my 15 minute grace period, after 20 minutes waiting to be allowed into the building and be checked in, the nurses for Dr. Zamora did not agree for me to be seen. No other nurse practitioner was available to see me when this is supposed to be a big clinic, this is all when I NEED to be seen. Everyone is here out of necessity and it seems Optum here missed the mark with understanding that. It seems management cares more to staff the urgent care department as I imagine it’s more lucrative. If we go with Dr. Zamora we need to understand that her practice associated with Optum has rigid rules. I came out of there crying and with a a headache from the frustration I felt.

The overall service is fabulous. Very friendly & caring staff. They care about their patients making sure you are attended and cared for. Thank you to :Patricia- front desk, Hadie, Sabrina, Ana, Sandy. Special Thanks to Dr. WU & Dr. Swamy. And all other staff in back. Sorry if I forgot your name!!
