Staffs are really nice. FREE breakfast every morning from 6 am - 9 am. They have a pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge, plenty of parking and decent rooms. When we first check in we always check if everything is working. The toilet wasn’t working properly. So, we called front desk with no need to wait, they gave us a new room 👏👏👏👏👏

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here at the end of our stay. Everything was ok in terms of the room. The lady who checked us in was great! Breakfast was decent. We checked out this morning and I realized a little while after I had forgotten my purse in the room. Called the hotel to make sure they found it and sure enough they had. I found it odd the girl said “yes, it’s here and it has all your credit cards and stuff, you should probably come get it.” Stating the obvious, thanks for letting me know what was in my own purse. Which also meant they had gone through it, even though they knew which room it was found in; I didn’t think this was needed or appropriate. But I just shook it off and went back to the hotel to get it. The young girl at the front was very nice about it and handed it right over. I got into the car and went through it and knew immediately cards were missing from my wallet. I have a tiny card holder for my credit cards, that is made to only hold 6 to 7 cards but I have about 8-9 shoved in there, which makes it extremely hard to get the cards out. And this is how I knew something was stolen, the wallet is now loose and the cards fall out. No major credit cards or debit card was stolen but gift cards were. They didn’t really have much on them, so I guess jokes on them but they sure as heck did steal them. So just a heads up, don’t leave any valuables. This also made me glad we never we got housekeeping during our stay; not sure if it was the maid or the girl at the front but getting items stolen out of your purse leaves a bad taste in your mouth for sure. Will not stay here again unfortunately. TLDR; left my purse after we checked out ad when I went to pick it up there was gift cards stolen out of my wallet. Don’t leave any valuables/cash laying around and I wouldn’t have housekeeping during your stay!

After arriving at 2 am on Sunday after evacuating our home in Wrightwood due to the sheep wildfire, the six of us were stressed and exhausted. Kathy on the main desk was fantastic. She was quick to find us and our three dogs rooms. Her kindness and professionalism was just what we needed. The rooms were great and I would highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff!!

Our room was very clean. They are a pet friendly hotel which is nice. The service was great, from the receptionists at check in to the cleaning ladies, to the food staff. All were very nice, friendly and helpful... shout out to the cleaning lady on the 5th floor... she was so helpful to me with my luggage cart, and getting in my room. God Bless You for your help. The facility grounds are very clean. The location is ideal. Close to the freeway but not so close that you can see or hear it, close to shopping and food.

I wish I would have read more reviews as this hotel is definitely outdated and needs repairs. In my room (3 floor) the enamel on the tub was peeling off. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. I complained to the front desk and asked to be moved and the clerk pretty much brushed me off but did say he would send up a repairman. Not sure if he came but again that night it started roaring again. Once more I asked to be moved, left my # to be called when check outs. No called & I never was moved. Wore socks in my room as carpets were dirty as were all the hallways. I realize they take in pets and that's a rarity but there's no excuse for the dirty carpets. Wanted my room refreshed after 2 days but never done. Would not stay again. Not sure how it has a high rating.

My family was sent by the Red Cross to the La Quinta Inn because our apt building caught fire and all the tenants were displaced. We lost everything!!! The rooms are beautifully designed. The service was good. The only thing is that the first night we were there my car was broken into on the property and someone took everything that I had left which wasn't much. My suggestion is that they provide security in their parking areas since people hang out and party throughout the night. Otherwise besides the parking structure it would be an ideal place to stay.

To all families, please be careful staying here because if you forgot something when you leave the hotel it’s immediately gone. I wished the people and parties involved would have been honest at the very least but that’s too hard for them. Thank you for the wonderful experience and providing a place to stay La Quinta by Wyndham Ontario anyways because you’re a great hotel. Update: Thanks for responding very much La Quinta and I will continue to stay here no matter what because you’re a good hotel. I hope to keep people informed about theft and to not let it happen by being careful. My review changed by responding to me. I hope the parties can find the lost item or if not, reflect on themselves for what they did.

I used to love this place. Wonderful location. Pet friendly. Rooms are a good size. Housekeepers do a good job. Staff are good people. Some downsides are that bathtubs are small and a bit elevated. The walls are a bit thin. However, my biggest complaint is that as of lately, there has been a big criminal element around. Homeless. Random people in the parking lot. Random people squatting in the halls. This is the first time I felt unsafe here. Hopefully, they will decide to hire a security. Will not go back. Super disappointing to see what it has turned into.

My room 805 was very clean (yes, I checked). Let me start off with Natalie she was an exceptional host, professional, accommodating very engaging conversation that set the great beginning of my vacation. My Room was very clean I always sanitize and wipe down every inch of my room. Parking can get tight but not a big issue, I felt safe, love the side entrance you use your room key all times of the day not just at night. The breakfast was very good! Eggs, Bacon, sausage waffle bread, bagles, muffins juices, tea, coffee

What a disappointment. They don't clean rooms during stays. They say it's their COVID policy - sounds like it's become a permanent excuse. They offered to clean after we leave. Thanks so much. We made two requests for conditioner. First over the phone. The front desk response was that they would send someone with it. Later after breakfast, in person, we mentioned no one stopped and we're heading out and can buy it. Front desk says that they will take care of it. Come back in the evening, and no conditioner. I call the front desk. This time the person says, sorry, we don't offer conditioner, only shampoo. Seriously? No one else at the front desk knows this. Again, we could have picked it up if someone had mentioned it. In terms of cleanliness, the carpets are very old and show stains in both the hallways and the rooms. Our bathtub has a large rip that removed much of the outside finish. The toilet is an extended length with a smaller regular size seat. These are just a few things, but give a sense that management really just does the bare minimum in maintaining the property.

I've stayed here many times because it's affordable and the location is mostly safe. One room has no smoke detector. Many rooms are in need of better cleaning and repairs. The hallway carpets are ALWAYS disgusting. The breakfast isn't good. Guests with dogs don't pick up the poop. The lobby is always freezing. The fridges in the rooms FREEZE and ruin all your food. The young morning clerk (Kardashian wannabe with huge fake eyelashes) always has attitude. All the clerks spend a lot of time on their phones. The older male clerk (swing shift) is the best.

I travel from Reno to this area twice a week for work. It is relaxing to come to a quiet location after the hustle and bustle of traffic. The establishment is clean and quiet and the convenience of various other restaraunts within a mile or two is very convenient. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. I bring food so I appreciated always having a mini fridge to use. The room was always clean and the decorations are updated and easy on the eyes. The table was spacious for my things and I appreciated having lamp plug ins for electronics on the night stand and the table and the microwave. The shampoo, conditioner , soap and lotion was gentle on the skin. Overall, it was a great experience and it was very welcoming after a long day at work. Thank you!

Good location. Budget hotel. Has airport shuttle. We checked in with our little pet dog and things went well. Breakfast and coffee was decent. It needs a bit of sparkling especially the hallways and some of the guest can be disruptive especially at night. Ask for a quiet space away from families. Good for travelers.

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and the building didn't have that old hotel smell. The pool wasn't working while we were there but the pool area was nice and they had a nice grassy area that was gated if you had dogs or kids that needed to run around.

Only stayed 1 night. 1st room had black mold on bathroom ceiling. Was moved to an upgraded room. This room had some foreign objects on it. The chairs where filthy, scared to sit on. The bathroom paint was peeling. The stopper in shower was just laying in the tub. Bath tub was peeling.

With easy access off the 10 Fwy in Ontario; we found the La Quinta, pet friendly, to be a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. Some water damage to the back of the French bathroom door and ceiling over the shower. The shower head was spraying water towards the wall, but I don’t think that was the repair we could see. Rooms were quiet from all sides. There are exterior lights that illuminate the sides of the hotel, even with blackout curtains the room isn’t pitch black at night. The continental breakfast did include the self made waffles and some hot scrambled eggs and either bacon on some days and sausage on others. We stayed four days so we saw both. Not a bad way to start the day. The staff we encountered were all friendly and polite. They have conditions for multi night stays for room service etc, so ask the front desk. They also placed a flyer in the room with the details. The bed was comfortable. Some of the pillows seemed to be real feather pillows as I could feel some quills on a few. There was a spacious desk for working and two office style chairs and one recliner in our room. We had a standard king room on the 1st floor. Overall I’d say 4 stars is pretty fair without getting petty on stuff.

I've stayed at this hotel for the third time since Sept 2022 and it makes me want to keep coming back. Special mention to the staff : Natalie, Mariza, Vanessa, Ailene, Duane and Lorena. You guys are awesome! Not only is the hotel itself homey but the staff make you feel so much at home. I always request for a top floor with a view of the mountains. Helps me start my day with a little meditation and looking at them. A little variety with the breakfast main course would certainly help. Will definitely be using this hotel again on my next trip. Keep it up guys!

Nice room and hotel decore. Up to date but there was blood on the bathroom walls. Not appealing. The 20 year old at the front desk cared more about her fake eyelashes than a concerned customer that was billed $250 for one night at their hotel. I had to give her a few pointers on customer service and she still didn't get it. Oh well. Oh and yes, if you have a football team and they all need to plug in their cell phones, this is the perfect room. I counted 40 in the room. And that was in a regular standard room. Shouldn't it be more like 10? And bring your own crowbar incase youre locked in from the inside. And why can you lock the closet from inside? I guess in case someone doesn't want to come out of the closet. 😆😆😆 Oh well. I'm out of money. They took it all. So my travels are over. $10,000 gone in 6 weeks. And I'm on disability. Go figure. Bye for now.

This was the worst experience I've had with lodging that I can remember. The room was horribly maintained. The door would not latch unless slammed. I asked for an extra pillow and it seems the hotel only has the exact number for the rooms they have. They could not accommodate my request. The bathroom doors did not fit the door frame. The toilet didn't function very well. The bathroom tub had peeing paint on it. This hotel has seen better days. Las Quinta you should be ashamed of this property.

Overall stay was really great. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Front desk employees were helpful and kind. Next day maid service was on point and done quickly. Anything I asked for that I didn't have, I got from the floor maid service. The price was seriously hooked up. Added discounts were applied. Check in was less than 5 minutes. Great stay.

I stayed 2 night when my a/c broke. The staff is very friendly. I was happily surprised to find the a/c already on, and the room cool when I arrived. The beds are very soft and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much
