My FAVORITE Starbucks in Baldwin Park! The service is Awesome! The employees are Phenomenal! The location is Perfect! If I sound a little bias, I am!!!! Thank you Baldwin Park and Francisquito for demonstrating the way customer service is supposed to work. But don't take my word for it. Stop by and experience this Starbucks for yourself!!!!!!

Black no cream , or sugar . If l wanted cream & sugar , l’d go to a Foster Freeze, the idea is to taste the coffee . Isn’t it !

Nice location with good service but no drivethru. Speedy as well, you can catch the freeway with ease after getting a nice drink.

Really sweet young girl with dark hair. Pleasant, quick and accommodating. I was ordering the Chai frappe on our way thru Cofornia to Canada.

Appreciate that nobody has a heart attack if you dont walk in with a face-diaper. But the wifi is super slow here compared to other starbucks!

Great food and friendly customer service.

There are a few great baristas there that have great customer service. The music can be too loud at times so you can barely have a conversation. It's pretty spacious now that they moved. Parking can get tricky during busy hours. Also getting in an out of the location is not optimal since it's located right by the freeway entrance. Negotiating the light to exit from the drive-thru is tricky. The coffee is what you would expect from a Starbucks. The prices are high for things, but again, this is Starbucks

Really bad service from the manager. Everyone else was great. They have a trophy for customer service idk how they got that.

I ordered from this Starbucks thru UberEATS, and they didn't give me my full order. No substitution, no explanation why items were missing, nothing. I order the same thing EVERY DAY from this same Starbucks. I will be using a different Starbucks in the future.

No drive thru, however service is great, staff is amazing and even when it's busy, you don't wait a long time. I love it!

Worst service 9n a holiday 3 people no kind service they were tak8ng there time I was waiting a whole 8 minute b4 they realize they had several customers waiting no covid awareness the girl was just tak8ng her time the so called lead Micheal was rude.. franchise manager check the video I've been coming here same time many times and this was the worst experience I have ever had..revamp there training or just get rid of them

Took a little longer to get our drinks and didn't have a lot of the menu options. But the drinks were good so that made up for it

It was nice and clean, but the line was going a bit slow. I do love the human interaction, bit today I was in a bit of a rush so I couldn't wait. I remembered about the Starbucks app, place my order online and 2 minutes later my order was at the pickup counter 😀

Brand new Starbucks that opened last year. Comfortable interior, friendly baristas, and a convenient drive thru.

Sweet, friendly staff on top of the calm, warm atmosphere of a small cafe. Not to mention they put the extra effort to add a "best customer" on their chalk board and proactively update the board, so that's something I very much appreciate about this store. The facility is always clean and tidy as well. This food is your standard Starbucks menu, so there's nothing new. Overall, it's a great store to visit and for a returning customer like myself, it's a pleasure to keep coming back.

The cold refreshments are amazing to cool off to on a hot summer day. Great tasting, taste amazing.
