Terrible doctor! Took my nephew for his acne. Took one look at his face and he didn't bother to ask him any questions then gave us a prescription and went on his way out. Careless and unprofessional. I do not recommended you visit this doctor.

I don't know if the doctor is good or bad, however, I definitely can say they overbooked the appointments, because waiting time is always very long. Staffs are too busy to get the call and/or return the appropriate response. My daughter visited 3 weeks ago, but she couldn't get the medication yet. She has usual teens' acne problem, but the doctor prescribed a special medicine to a special pharmacy, and I don't know why it's necessary. We didn't get it, and I had to follow 4 pharmacies to find out what's going on. Staffs asked us what's the medicine name, and we don't know as we never got the prescription. Many problems, and many calls to the doctor's office and lots of waiting and wasting time, it's still not resolved, or we don't even know when it will be or if it will be.

Dr. Park has been my dermatologist for the past 20 years or more. He has treated my two daughters in the past when they had severe acne during pre-adolescent and adolescent years. He has been kind, professional and knowledgeable all these years. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone. He does not recommend unnecessary treatments & he is honest with any risk & benefits of any treatments and/or procedures. Thank you Dr. Park and all his medical staff for all that you do.

The staff is very friendly! But Terrible doctor! This doctor doesn't seem to have any intention of treating the patient and gets irritated by any questions asked. In my opinion, he seems to find everything bothersome because there are too many patients Don't waste your time and money!

9:45 promised time got there on time and door was still locked. No one was waiting in the lobby and employee had to come to door to unlock it. Which means I was the first patient for the visit. Well guess what 45 minutes wait and no doctor. I literally had to walk out to find nurse and she told me another 15 minutes waiting for doctor who has no patient before me. NEVER sign up with this doctor and find another one. He doesn't value patient's time and his other reviews are all saying same experience. I called my primary care physician and changed to another dermatologist same day.

Second visit to Bruce. He didn't bother to take more than 1 minute in the room with me. Took one look at the affected area on my head, gave me a bs prescription and went on with his day. Asked him to do a biopsy and he shrugged it off. Quite frankly it seemed he was annoyed to have me in his room. Very poor experience overall. I do not recommended you visit this doctor.

Dr. Park and his staff all provided exceptional care. I’ve had a few appointments with Dr. Park’s office for benign skin cancer. I found him to be kind, attentive and I highly recommend him. His medical staff also answers calls or gets back to you right away, a rarity. I’ll be taking another appt there soon

Staff were all nice and organized, the doctor was GREAT to say the least. He was attentive and funny and prescribed topical ointment that worked miracles in 2 days. He helped me solve a riddle that I had for 6 weeks. Can't be happier

Dr. Parks is terrific, I came in for an unusual mole and in an entirely different spot he found cancer. He is straight up, so if you want a dr to beat around the bush and make you feel all warm and cozy inside then you should probably go elsewhere; however, if you want a good dr one who is upfront and on point with you then you need to see Dr. Parks. I recommend Dr. Parks because he cares but he’s not going to hold your hand. He is not rude nor are his staff. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

My teenager son had those abscessed bumpy acne all over his face when he started high school last year, we tried all sorts of OTC stuff & nothing helped. Finally went to see Dr Park, he prescribed some antibiotics & face ointment for 2 months which didn't do much, then switched to a different type for another 2 months and that worked like a charm! His face is now all bump free, and the red scars are fading away nicely too. Thank you Dr Park for your help!

This quack misdiagnosed my mom with a fungal infection when she actually had hyperthyroidism. A rather egregious misdiagnosis. Also, he doesnt care about patients at all. Consult at your own risk.

He’s worst choice when u need real dermatologist. I dont know how he got the license. GG and hope everyone knows he doesn’t care about patients he’s fxxxx rude and nothing to get help with your problems. This office should be out of dermatology line period.

This dermatology clinic needs to make sure that staff training is given first. When I call, I hang up because I am busy. very unfriendly

Insincere treatment. They don't test properly and don't even tell you what the problem is. This is the worst dermatology hospital. Not even one star is worth it.
