We took our senior dog here in the morning and they saw him right away. My dog was very sick. I left my dog there because I worked and they took care of him and did the exam. The doctor called me and explained the treatment. Then, the office staff called me for the next steps. I picked up my happy dog at the end of the day. The pricing was reasonable compared to other hospitals. They even took him on a walk. I love this place and will definitely return! Their great service motivated me to move my dog’s care to this one near my work instead of the terrible one by my home!

First impressions of this place are not so great. Place is not the cleanest and the staff here seemed to not know how to handle dogs, in general. For example, they were kind to the dogs, but seemed at a loss of what to do when the dog refuses to let them examine his butt. The prices are on the high side, I definitely expected more. I'll give them another chance and update this review if have better experience.

My friend recommended this place to me and I took my cat there for an eye injury. The assistant and the doctor there were very nice & patient. Their charge was not the lowest but reasonable. My cat's injury was fully healed in one week. I have confidence about Animal Hospital of Walnut. I used to take my pets to a Veterinarian clinic in Diamond Bar because it is close to my home. The V there was rude & arrogant, and so greedy he charged every tinny little thing he claimed he's done to my pet. He became impatient when I asked questions about his procedures. I never went there any more !

We took our 4 year old German shepherd in because she has separation anxiety and we've been working with her for almost 2 years but nothing has helped. This was our first visit here. The office is very clean and pleasant. The examination rooms have high tech exam tables that move up and down and weigh your pet as well. All the staff is very nice and caring. Dr.LeClair was professional and personable. Our dog was comfortable and calm, which is unusual for her at a vets office. After her examination we talked about different ways to help our dog and came up with some solutions. All and all we were very happy with the excellent service and care we received at Animal Hospital of Walnut. We will be bringing our dog back for all her health care needs and issues in the future.

I am writing this review as a caution to potential future clients. This staff is HIGHLY unprofessional and has endangered our cat 2 times. We brought our previous pet here and things were different, unfortunately the competency has gone way down. I am sick to my stomach about allowing them to handle my pet. They tried billing for a microchip they already did multiple times, along with other services that may not be necessary. Please consider other options before taking your pet here, it’s clear they do not care for the well being of the animals, only running up a large bill.

What a great vet, I couldn't recommend them more. Doctor and her staff clearly do love the animals here and make sure us owners feel heard in our concerns. Our old girl Cheese lived to be 18 years old and she saw this doctor for the last few years of her life. We always got attentive service and compassionate care up until her very last visit. The whole family felt very supported by Doctor and her staff when it was time to say goodbye.

Been going here for 43 years. I've been to other vets through the years through recommendations. I decided 18yrs ago this place always has the most honest and correct doctors. Correct because they didn't do old school butchery operations. They never stop learning new and modern ways to treat my pets.

My two kittens got neutered and spayed at this place last week. My female kitten also has a little injury that needed some stitches. In total I spent two thousand dollars for the services. After the surgery I checked with the other places and then also ask my friends and they told me I've been overcharged a lot, the price out there maybe just half of what they charged. When I drop them at the clinic I mentioned to the vet, please let the doctor either shave or cut shorter her hair, make sure there's no other injuries on her body that we couldn't see, and then they are adding a hundred fifty dollars in grooming charges, I say I do not want to do the grooming in the hospital, the main reason is just to make sure there are no other injuries on her body. Of course when I pick her up and then there's only shaving’s little part on her tummy and then not nowhere else. I also found out later that my female cat after the surgery was supposed to stay overnight to make sure she's okay, but I was notified two hours after both kittens were done with the surgery to pick them up, and I don’t even have an option to let her stay. also the doctor is really unprofessional , I paid for two hundred sixty dollars just for doctor visits, When he try to search something on his laptop, i saw inappropriate images on his work laptop. so this is the worst experience in my life ever I would not recommend anybody go to this place .

Very good hospital. Everyone is helpful and caring. Excellent treatment for my two doggies. Comfortable lobby to wait in. The Doctor & tech explained everything clearly, and seemed very knowledgeable. Also got anxiety meds for the upcoming 4th of July.

Brought my small dog, Alice in on what I felt was an same day emergency appointment (on a Saturday.) From the initial phone call where the staff asked appropriate questions to figure out the issue to the actual appointment, I would highly recommend Animal Hospital of Walnut to anyone looking for a solid vet. Pricing was decent in my opinion, and I really appreciated that the vet tech and vet worked together to see if they could adjust the lab work to be more affordable. The vet tech, Sam, was an absolute sweetheart and handled my anxious girl like a dream. There was a small miscommunication when it came to medication, but when I called back a day or two later they were more than willing to talk to me about what was going on with Alice and ensure that I was able to pickup the needed medication asap. Alice still has some healing to do, but I really appreciated how lovely the staff was.

Four generations of our furry four-legged children (four dogs, three cats) have been patients here for the past 30 years, starting with Dr. Goldstein in early - mid 1990's. This clinic has been under the management and care of a few veterinarians since Dr. Goldstein retired, and I must say, we have been extremely lucky because by default, the city of Walnut has attracted the best of the best vet doctors. I still remember the very first time we met Dr. Goldstein, our puppy fell off of the exam table as Dr. G. walked in. The good Dr. scooped up our pup and kissed him on the nozzle. We knew we came to the right place. Then there was Dr. Margaret who waited for our arrival in the parking lot with her assistant and a gurney when we called and said our dog just had a seizure. Dr. LeClaire knew and remembered all four of our pets' names, their quirkiness and previous conditions. And of late, Dr. Hoffman, the clinic's newest veterinarian, just operated on our 12-yr-old lady yesterday. We are so very grateful that our furbabby received the best compassionate care from Dr. Hoffman and her crew. Dr. Hoffman saved us all the teeth that she had to extract, took the time to show us the x-rays, and gave us a very detailed and thorough debrief of the surgery she performed, as well as patiently answered all our questions. Dr. Hoffman's self-confidence, knowledge, compassion, professionalism, zest, and warmth were all that we needed to assure us we have received the best care for our baby. And today, we received post-op phone call in the morning to make sure our doggo was recovering well, along with pertinent follow-up questions on medications and aftercare processes at home. I have no doubt this vet clinic will continue to thrive in the coming years, and hopefully Dr. Hoffman will choose to remain in Walnut. AND, each of the staff member is obviously well-vetted (no pun intended). All are so easy to talk to as everyone is very approachable, professional, helpful and friendly.

They are wonderful, friendly and patient. My dog is so shy and the Doctor was great with her. Didn't rush through the appointment at all. We were lucky to get a same day appointment.

Thank you for always taking care of my girl, Zia. A few months she was hit by a car in a freak accident. I made the hour commute from where I live to Animal Hospital of Walnut because, after called 15 vets, they were the only one who asked thurough questions over the phone and made every effort to see her same day (even though they were booked). They took great care of Zia and eased my panic and concern from the incident. Ever since, I have made them my primary vet and it’s always a positive experience making the trip and see them, including a recent visit for Zia’s allergies. The vet is very friendly and she always answers my questions and makes great recommendations. It’s peace of mind having a vet that cares about Zia and who will do their best to see and take care of her. I appreciate you guys!

The best vet office in, near, or around Walnut valley area... Very caring and thorough, with very fair & highly reasonable pricing.. Office staff very organized and on time, the vet and assistants are very knowledgeable and patient, and even kept my yappy little spaniel the calmest she's ever been.

Absolutely the best! The staff was extremely helpful and great with my two little guys. The Vet took special care for both my dogs and took her time explaining the exam. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend the animal hospital of walnut
