I had a great experience being here my first time. I had to put them on the map just to write this review. They recently opened this location and this was the first time I ever let someone wash my clothes, seeing as I don't like anyone touching my clothes, but here I took a chance. Judging on the appearance of the place it was very clean there was complimentary coffee, live plants, clean decor, business cards, new machines and such friendly and honest attendants, they keep the place spotless. I was very impressed unlike any laundry mat I have ever been to. Dropped off my clothes at 9:30am and was done by 2pm, I was not expecting to receive a call from the owner and she let me know she wanted to call me personally to let me know I was there first customer to use there drop off service. I was very happy to hear she gave me a discount on my already pricey service, but it was so worth every penny. My clothes were all separated and neatly folded and wrapped up and tagged with my name on it. They smelled great and were spotlessly clean. Jackets were neatly wrapped and hung. I didn't even want to wear my clothes they looked so good. I was very surprised I never felt so pampered and important, seeing I had a busy day that day. I feel that they belong in high end areas and can really spread there business. This place is wonderful, I refuse to go any where else for as long as I stay in this city. Thank you sudz! I learned a few folding tricks cause of you! 😉

The wash and fold service was great. Adriana did an amazing job with all my clothes and keeping in contact with me about when to pick them up and took care of any issues I had.

You will not find a laundrymat as clean as this one anywhere, staff is very helpful if you need them, and the washing machines don't smell

Honestly the best place to wash your clothes and they provide the best service for washing clothes I have washed my clothes a few times with their services and my clothes have come out great. I recommend them to everyone that is looking for a laundry service.

Currently doing laundry here when one of the employees begins antagonizing and harrasing a customer over a small issue regarding a wet floor. The older hispanic lady that works here begins following the customer around the laundry mat saying she has to take a photo of her, not sure why. The employee quite frankly escalated this small trivial issue for no reason. The customer began crying and asking people for help even with a language barrier. Ive been coming here since this place became a sudz and I have to say what i saw today was horrid and inexcusable. Blatant power trip by the lady working here and im not sure if ill be coming back.

Sometimes your home machine stop working and your left with having to go to your local laundry store and the staff refuse you to simply dry your clothes. Trust me I never like to use these types of places, however in this case it was a one time thing. Sudz Pico River refusing people to give them money. The owner must be Rich to refuse such services, or maybe his staff is not well trained. Never coming back here again.

One of the best laundries, well organized and super clean, I am not giving 5 stars, because the dryers doesn't get hot it took too much time to dry 3 towels.

Used to LOVE coming here. But now with Covid, seen some employees not wearing mask and not enforcing mask mandate. Past 2 times I went, same family happened to be there on samw as me. Both the 2 kids and father not wearing mask. This is a very clean place and have free wifi. Once the above issues is fixed, would give 4 stars. Parking can suck since they share the small lot with about 5 other businesses.

I had gone today the the place isn't as clean as it use to be . Food on the floor and trash cab was full and the only table was dirty . Not sure was going on less workers?

A lot of guys hanging out in front drinking beer. I've even seen people drinking inside the sudz seems like the employees are too scared to say anything. Also since when is Windex good to clean everything? Never coming again that's the crack head laundromat.

Been coming here for a few months now since I moved to the area. It is really clean and nice lady at the register. I don't feel disgusted when washing my clothes here unlike other places they don't keep it clean.

A great place to do your wash. The place is always super clean. The owners and staff are very helpful, and courteous. It's also a very safe environment. the equipment is top quality. I highly recommend Sudz laundry mat.

The girls who work in the morning are very polite...but the one's who clean at night are very rude..it was so cold coutside and they turn on the fan so you can hurry and leave soon.

I got laundry service and many clothing pieces were not given back to me. Always losing clothes.
