$6 for an iced latte and they wouldn't give me an extra plastic cup unless I paid an extra .50 cents for it. I told them if they were going to charge Starbucks prices, they were going to have to include the Starbucks service and experience. This wasn't it. I won't be back.

I ordered 6 donuts and a cup of water through the drive thru. When I got to the window the display showed $10.30 for the total, which I thought was a little steep. I handed the lady my card, expecting the total to change, which it didn’t. I then asked her why it was so much and she said it was 50 cents for the water. I clarified that it was a CUP of water. She said yes, 50 cents. I asked her to cancel the water because that is rediculous. She refused to cancel the water and swiped my card.

I got charged $200 for 1/2 dozen donuts & coffee. When I called them to fix the issue, she tried to argue & asked me to prove I didn’t order $200 worth of food when she clearly remembered who I was & knew damn well I never or it x7 . What in the fraud ? Clearly someone would remember if a person walked out of the store with 9 bags of donuts 10 mins ago.

Localization at 351 S Randall Rd. Elgin IL. Terrible unprofessional service. Placed order for ice cream cake in person at this localization on Tuesday for pick up morning Saturday. There were two employees at the moment order has been placed; they requested me to fill out paper form, said I do not need any receipt or confirmation of my order and the order will be ready by 8 am Saturday. When I show up for pick up, I learn they "did not take my order". Nobody tried to contact me to say that they are not proceeding with my order, regardless of having my phone and email address as this info was input on order form I filled out. They just left this news as a surprise for me when I was picking up my uncompleted order. None of employes did offer any apologies for this situation. They just simply stated that they did not take the order! I will not be going to this localization ever again and highly advise for everyone to choose different localizations or different franchise as well.

The WORST Dunkin’ I have ever encountered. Charged me 5 times for a $10 order and would not refund me back. They were extremely rude hanging up on me on the phone and when I went in person they would not do anything even though I showed them they charged me all these times. Very unprofessional and just want to rob your money

I ordered sundaes and they're supposed to come with toppings, but I was charged extra for almonds. Additionally, I had a 50% coupon code that didn't work. Overall, this place is quite pricey compared to other stores. Please check the bill before paying

If you can go to ANY other Dunkin , do that this is the worst they are rude always messing up orders and really don’t care. If they charge your card wrong they will argue with you and refuse to give you a refund and so much more just don’t go here .

They literally charged us for a ice coffee we didn’t order and also then the manager cursed at us in his native language… so yea… not good at all… they charged us for something we didn’t ask, I would not recommend
