I’ve used quite a few people for Botox/Dysport but no one even comes close to Celine. She is careful, caring, clean and meticulous. She paid close attention to my specific facial anatomy and muscle movements and for the first time in the years I’ve been getting this done, I didn’t have to go back two weeks later for some sort of touch up. I’ve been a returning customer a few times now. She has me for life!

I came here about 3 months ago and Deanna did my signature facial. Deanna made me feel comfortable and kept conversations going throughout the session to assure everything was okay. The facial I received totally transformed my skin to have no acne, have a balanced color, and become smoother. After that session I purchased the LHA toner (used daily) and ZO face scrub (used one a week) and my skin has never looked so good!

Love getting my facials at V/O! Deanna is the best and covers all the bases. I especially love her massages. My skin has never looked better :) I also go to Celine for Botox. She gets it right every time! Highly recommend. It’s nice to go to a place that doesn’t overdo it or push the fake kardashian look. I want to look like myself and feel more natural and trust V/O!

Been to VIO Spa about 4 times now. Walked out more beautiful each time! Nurse Brooke has been my go to person since the first time I went. She’s incredible! She’s gentle, considerate, and overall does an amazing job! My last treatment was subnovii and Brooke did such a great job, I barley felt anything other than a little discomfort. I’ve heard it’s so painful, but I guess Nurse Brooke has the magic touch! Highly recommend. Very professional, caring, and great place. Can’t say enough good things!

Such a good experience overall! The spa is clean and really cute, and all of the staff was kind and helpful. I had the best appt. at VIO Med Spa. I was nervous before I got there for my consultation , but as soon as I walked in, the ladies welcomed me with a warm smile. I had my consultation with Shauna. She is beyond a kind soul. She took her time and listened to all my concerns. She gave me feedback to address my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable. She asked me if she could bring in the Nurse Practitioner to address a procedure that she does that I was interested in. The NP was so sweet and explained the procedure throughly. Very warm, kind and knowledgeable. I was interested in the hydro facial and Shauna was able to do the procedure the same day. My skin felt and looked amazing when I left. Very pleased with all of my facials at Vio West Bloomfield! I’ve been going once a month for a few months now and I can definitely see a difference in how happy my skin is. Plus it’s a very pleasant, spa-like experience. I’ve seen a few aestheticians and all have been great, but Deanna is especially wonderful! She is a great communicator and explains every part of the process, and really goes above and beyond to deliver a great experience.

Great overall experience! Walking in the front desk staff was very welcoming. I had a signature facial and chemical peel with Deanna and she was amazing!!!
