I came here on my lunch break, I ordered a drink. I ordered just a plain old, simple drink not too complicated to make. Somehow, however, the drink was made incorrectly in the pictures below. I asked for mocha cookie crumbles to be >blended<. The barista, Khalil, said “yea…..do you want us to remake it? Or..?” . I said yes just blend it in … (you’re supposed to anyways lol). As a former Barista of Starbucks, even I know that. Then the barista Khalil walked away and grunted a little — and return with my drink, looking a mess. I didn’t have the energy to have them remake the drink, again — so I just laughed and went about day🤷🏾‍♀️. It’s not even worth getting upset about, it’s poor management really and I feel sorry more than anything. Morgan is the manager currently, she needs to do a better job at training her barista‘s, just keeping it real! But if she’s not trained properly, the whole crew needs better training or a refresh on customer service, and crafting the beverages. It’s not THAT hard? Mind you the staff are usually nice!! but idk what happened . Best of luck

This Starbuck's is my first time checking it out, and it was okay and different. The floor design was nice and comfortable. Plus it had lots of room for the staff to perform and maneuver without any problems. That always makes it work better for the servers to deal with customers, especially the large drive-thru customers they have throughout the day. The barista who took our order greeted us at the door and was patient and friendly while taking our order, which really helped out a lot. This location also had a nice size patio with nice size comfortable chairs and a large overhead shade that covered most of the patio area. Most of the time, they use those green patio umbrellas that don't quite do the job shading you from the sun. The nice design they have for you to park and pick up your online orders is really nice and different, along with adequate handicap parking. Another thing is the comfortable seating inside as well in different sections of the store. The restrooms were also clean and maintain. This store also has double lanes to accommodate their heavy at different times drive-through customers. Normally, the stores have a pantry display up front that was also different at this location, which gave them counter space

Not sure what they gave me, but it’s not what I ordered (2 iced apple crisp oat milk macchiatos with extra apple drizzle). As you can see from the photo, it’s light on top and dark on the bottom in one drink. (So maybe an upside down macchiato?) In the other, it’s kind of darker all around. There’s also barely any drizzle in the one cup and looks like there’s none in the other. For a $7 coffee, I expect better! Also, while I’m here, this location almost NEVER puts extra drizzle when you ask for it. In fact, (see photo) it’s like they put even less than would normally be served. Ridiculous!

I waited more than 20 minutes for egg white bites. Stopped into the café and ordered. The emphasis is always on drive-through at these places. I get it. Don’t agree with it, but I get it. 20 minutes…l friendly staff at a very busy location. Could be more organized.

This is my all-time favorite coffee shops! All the employees have been pleasant and genuinely seem like they're enjoying themselves. I love the energy from the staff and can't say enough good things about the people who work here. The layout itself is unique - they even have an outdoor seating area! It's a nice atmosphere and design. The mobile order pickup counter has slots to alphabetize the orders. Be aware, the order line splits in two as you round the building. Nice design considering the high traffic on the main road.

Slow slow SLOW. I’m skipping this location in the morning because sitting in line for 15+ minutes is RIDICULOUS. Also, why have TWO lanes if you’re never going to use them? Worst Starbucks I’ve been to tbh.

Im glad I spent over $6.50 for a cup of ice. Yes, the taste was there thank you for that one. I am not a happy customer taking 5 sips of a Venti for my entire espresso to be gone due to ice filling the cup instead of the liquid.. it was still CUBES and not even melted by the time my sips were complete. And then you have the audacity to ask for a tip as well? I just paid dang near $7 for a large cup of ice. Im sure the $15 you make a hour is plenty as is. Be grateful. Will never be returning to this specific location.. do better. As for “Kyle” on the window this afternoon-fabulous job.

Just ordered two Frappuccinos...one Mocha and one Caramel. They both had the same flavor ... tasteless. I think someone forgot to add the flavor!!! What a waste of money...unless I wanted almond milk Frappuccinos.

There are plenty of other better run Starbucks nearby, don’t waste your time with this one. The building is nice and new but the wait time, especially in the drive through, is atrocious. After a half dozen orders you will wait about 20-30 minutes to get your drink regardless of how many cars are in front of you. The drink then has a 50/50 shot of being prepared correctly. Don’t be fooled by the façade, go to a different Starbucks.

I had a very unfortunately experience over the weekend. As someone who was a shift supervisor at Starbucks, I am someone who is extremely understanding of the difficulties of the job and demands. We have never been to this location and sadly can say will never go back despite convenience. I ordered my Venti Iced Coffee with extra classic syrup and cream. My daughter got a Grande vanilla bean cream frappacino. My wife a grande vanilla latte. All of these came out wrong and the girl at drive through was rude and took tip without thanking or acknowledging me saying thanks so much. When I told her my daughter got a strawberry cream frappacino she seemed irritated and I said I would park and come in. By the time I pulled around I discovered mine had no classic and no cream and my wife's had little to no vanilla. I went to the register where a man barely acknowledged me as I told him what happened and I was there to pick up the remade vanilla bean cream frappacino. I accidentally misspoke (yes, forgot the lingo despite working there years and years back) and said vanilla bean frappacino to which he sassily said "we don't have a vanilla bean frap." I said I'm sorry vanilla bean cream.." and he began ringing it up. I said no it's being remade and can I have you put cream in my iced coffee and I'll take some sugars. (I'm guessing Starbucks no longer puts the cream and sugar out because I would have done myself otherwise) he said in a snarky tone sure and I (having my hands full) struggled a bit to open lid to my iced coffee. I said wow these are harder to get off is there a secret jokingly to which he blankly stared. This experience was awful. We didn't even want to attempt to ask for pumps of sugar and vanilla and just made do with wrong drinks and the couple packets he allowed us to have of sugar. I've never seen a more unfriendly bunch of workers and I have frequented quite a lot of Starbucks over the years. It's sad because the store itself is nice in appearance and atmosphere none thanks to the employees. Hopefully they weed out the negative ones and get things under control there.

SLOW SLOW SLOW… no one ever seems joyful and it’s SLOW why are there two lanes when one is only ever used waste of space and there is a reason they built two! It’s horrible DO BETTER YOUR STARBUCKS and get paid enough to sling have cups of coffee

Coffee is not good.. Last 4 months or so - no Caramel flavor - only when I specifically ask for it, even though it’s in the name of the drink I order. Coffee is usually bitter or tasteless and I order my drink with 4 shots espresso. No need for a backstory, I’ve been visiting Starbucks long enough to know this location is not consistent and does not meet the Starbucks standard. Customer service is excellent. Atmosphere 10/10. Need to better following the drink recipe and maybe not skimp out on key ingredients.

This is a very busy store so I'll usually order on the app. Both times I've been there, I've tried to do a mobile order and both times it says it's unavailable! Now, it's not like I've only tried once. I'm refreshing every few min until I actually get there. Then have to wait forever to get thru drive thru.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my drink, and the employees were very rude. The manager was especially so, which left me taken aback, that on top of the counters being dirty. Floor needed swept, too.

I enjoy this location. They don't judge me for changing my drink every so often. LOL

Just your regular Starbucks. However, if you order something that requires a fork to eat, better bring that from home because " they do not carry forks". They also encouraged me to "just eat with your hands". So yeah.

Newer Starbucks location. I usually don't go to Starbucks, but I agreed to meet for a business meeting at this location. It was not crowded on Wednesday afternoon . The location was clean, a nice corner table available to conduct our meeting.

I love Starbucks. A lot of coffee snobs talk down on it. I drink coffee everyday. Brew my own. Grind my own beans. Measure it all out on a scale to ensure the cup is exact. Have a gooseneck with temperature knob as well so the grinds aren’t burnt in my pour over process. Starbucks makes great black coffee, lattes, cappuccino, etc. My wife gets the tea and she seems very pleased with it, too. I’m always satisfied with the cup I order. Obviously there are occasions where it isn’t the best I ever had, but that is rare. Starbucks specialty coffees you can get pour over if you don’t want what’s on drip. Only thing I will say is each Starbucks location isn’t the same from a coffee knowledge and service perspective. Some are better than others. You have to kind of get to know that specific location’s employees and how dedicated they are to making a great cup. Some locations have baristas who truly care about the coffee they make and others kind of just don’t. Some locations will do the pour over with the specialty coffee and other locations don’t even know what a pour over is. That’s life, though. Starbucks corporate can’t really do anything about that. If you choose to go to the Starbucks inside Target and expect to get the same service as the standalone Starbucks with the little star in the window (I think that indicates it is a specialty Starbucks or something) that’s kind of on you. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that one out. I like Starbucks and will continue to go there.

I waited over an half an hour for my singular iced caramel macchiato, while the establishment was noticeably not that busy. The workers moved several orders above ours, leading to a longer wait time. They also made my friend wait 20 minutes for her drink and had even made hers incorrectly. Overall the customer service was poor, the wait time was atrocious, and we will not be coming back to this Starbucks!

Let me start off by saying this is the first Starbucks I have ever been in where they don’t acknowledge or greet you when you walk in. Yesterday, I placed an online order for two drinks at 7:03 am on the app. I was given an estimated pick up time of 7:07. When I arrived at the store at 7:10, one my drinks was on the counter, but the other was not. Because no one bothers to acknowledge you, I had to stand there for a minute or two until I could get someone’s attention. While there were at least 5 people behind the counter, only one was making drinks.Mobile orders seemed relatively slow, I assume because of the snow storm. When the barista finally turned around to place another drink on the counter, I asked her where my other drink was. She asked my name, turned around, looked at the few stickers she had of upcoming drinks, and then began making drinks again. 11 minutes went by as I stood at the counter. In that time, not one other person acknowledged me and asked me why I was still standing there. I didn’t get my second drink until 7:21. Meanwhile, people in the drive thru who had just pulled up were getting their drinks one after the other. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this particular location — this store focuses solely on drive thru and puts the mobile orders at the back of the line. It occurs to me now that I had I walked out of the store, got in my car, and gone through the drive thru to pick up my second drink, I would have got it a lot sooner. I also agree with other comments that this particular location seem to be out of stock on numerous items almost daily.
