I don't go here very often but when I do it's well worth it. Each time I am asked for help the staff has been very kind. The person that I spoke to today was a very knowledgeable young lady who helped me a great deal.

They had there perfumes on a Securty lockdown sad when I visited other stores they don’t do this.I was looking for Donna’s hair products they were out of stock they did not have her poster in the window sad

Buyer Beware ....Customer Service is everything! The ladies at the register were rude I clearly asked where did the line start but yet and still the person at the end of the line ended up at the register before me that's impossible with me being at the front of the line as I was told by the ladies at the register... when I had something to say about it they thought it was funny. They were Very unprofessional and I think the world should know before shopping here.

I walked in the door to be greeted by 2 assistants willing to help me find the products I needed. No hard sell, which was nice, just the items I needed, Thank you.

The employee I assumed he’s the manager, he’s so helpful. I got what I wanted. Had no price except the bottom. I assumed that was the price. Straight to the cashier mention the price. Wasn’t it $8.99? Cashier said can you show me where you got it from May be in the wrong spot. I said they’re 3 I took 2 I’m sure they’re not in the wrong spot (We walked and see the price) So she said let me ask my manager (which the guy who helped me) yep the price is $11.49 (before even the cashier finished talking😁) the price is always above not the bottom (assuming all the customer supposed to know?!) the cashier said check all the price above it (which has no price above it)🤷🏻‍♀️ If you tell me nicely I won’t argue but don’t have to use the nerve to say it in high tone and asked the customer to always focus on the top for the price, weird. Cashier was asking is that all for you? I was thinking of breathable nail polish she said if there is gonna be on nail polish aisle. I said I guess next time if I come back

The staff is amazingly patient. knowledgeable, and helpful. I always thought it was a very exclusive, thus expensive store so I never went in. There was a product that I was looking for and they carried it. Needless to say, exclusive feel , Yes. Expensive, NO ....

I was excited to go here with my daughter and granddaughters...after gettin 3 bottles of Essie nail polish...had a nice selection...A sales professional saw me coming toward perfume and immediately turned her head...and acted as if she didn't hear my asking for help!...I was so turned off i didn't even get my perfume!!! The Bathroom was utterly disgusting!!! Black Mold was on the sink...Toilet paper was on the dirty floors...The floors looked as if they hadn't been mopped in a long time! I discreetly told the managers about the bathroo....one apologized...The other manager got a attitude with me.. We paid for our purchase and left... Needless to say i probably wont be back... Such a shame because really like Ulta Beauty...But I also like Good Customer Service #Disappointed . .

Worst customer service today. I called to see if my pickup order was ready… the lady took my name and put me on a hold. Then came back on and said if it was ready I would have gotten an email…. I called because I was DRIVING and couldn’t check on my update… it in fact was ready and I didn’t see it was ready until I got all the way HOME!!! Don’t take customers names just to not check and see if their order is ready. The lady at the pickup counter wasn’t very nice either. Talking about “well we had a line all the way to the door”… you could have said that on the phone instead of taking my name and wasting my time !!

I’m relatively newer to make up and jasmine was amazing and super helpful. She helped me pick out all of my shades and the right products for the look I wanted

Always very helpful finding you colors that are your shade, my granddaughter had a great experience with me there. If you want a make over they help with that you can make appointments on line. Or just stop in an find help from any employee. Very knowledgeable staff, if you need advice or just to be pointed in the right direction.

I love Ulta!! The different varieties of makeup brands. They help me with products that are best for me. I have my favorites both hi end/ budget friendly. I now get my hair done by one of the beautician's there.

I went into Ulta beauty today, just to browse around for make up for my birthday. I first was approached by Ashley, and I must say this young lady is an absolute GEM and a complete asset to the company. She was warm and engaging and very nice to work with. As I was waiting for Ashley to finish up with another customer, I’ve been met capital Cha. Just like Ashley, Cha is also a complete GEM! Cha is so knowledgeable and Has a great personality, and is also a complete asset to the company. It was such a pleasure to work with them both. I come from working in the retail world, and I must say that the customer service at some of the businesses nowadays are not good. I had the most amazing experience coming into this store for the very first time in quite a long time. I just wanted these two amazing, beautiful young ladies to be recognized for an amazing experience. I will be back again soon and I hope they both will be there.
