Paid
for
a
couple's
massage.
And
was
frozen
the
entire
time
asked
if
the
temperature
in
the
room
could
be
adjusted
as
it
can
in
most
massage
places
that
I
have
been
to.
I've
been
getting
massages
for
20
years
and
never
been
told
I
can't
have
the
temperature
bumped
up.
Mind
you,
I'm
the
person
who's
laying
there
with
my
clothes
off
cold
exposed
and
Peggy
snaps
that
no
it's
always
this
cold.
Peggy
started
my
husband's
massage
with
her
freezing
cold
hands
and
freezing
cold
lotion
meanwhile
the
gentlemen
doing
my
massage
was
busy
screwing
around
at
the
little
dresser
they
have
in
there
Peggy
had
well
started
on
my
husband's
and
was
about
10
minutes
in
before
I
finally
got
to
get
started
with
cold
lotion
and
it
was
the
most
inappropriate
massage
I
feel
I've
ever
had
in
the
last
20
years.
Never
been
touched
as
low
and
close
to
private
areas
as
I
was
yesterday.
When
it
was
over,
my
husband
who
this
was
only
his
2nd
massage
said
he
never
wanted
to
come
again
which
is
really
disappointing
for
me
because
I
love
getting
massages
despite
how
uncomfortable
I
felt
during
yesterday's
massage.
If
I
wanted
to
pay
$200
to
get
frozen
hands,
frozen
lotion
in
a
frozen
room
I
could
have
stayed
home
for
that.
Not
to
mention
the
check
in
process
was
a
joke.
The
lady
who
checked
us
in
initially
was
not
very
polite
told
us
we
were
half
an
hour
early.
We
left
and
went
had
a
coffee,
Came
back
just
to
be
told
we
had
paperwork
to
fill
out
which
we
could
have
done
the
1st
time
we
were
there.
At
the
end
of
the
appointment
I
feel
as
if
we
only
got
maybe
a
40
minute
massage
or
at
least
I
didn't
my
husband
might
have
gotten
more
but
there
was
definitely
a
lot
of
wasted
time.
