People forget, A breakfast sandwiches doesn’t have to look beautiful on the outside. It is already beautiful on the inside of its buns and inside my belly. This Jimmy (add bacon) just happens to look beautifully delicious on the outside too. Perfect way to start a Saturday. Just wish I could be lazy on the couch after that peppers, egg, bacon, and hash brown sandwich goodness, but will have to push through the day for work. The Thyme Machine never disappoints. If you are looking for a quality breakfast sandwich to start the day or help recover from the night before, this is the spot to go. Though it’s more than just a sandwich, it’s flavored to the max. Everything is home made, from the rolls to the sauces to the donuts. In a nutshell, it’s beyond worth the trip.

Amazing breakfast sandwich that’s worth the line. The roll is so soft and has a good amount of bacon. It’s one of those delicious messy breakfast sandwiches that you can’t stop eating. My friend and I split a cookies n cream donut which was also awesome. They do take cards.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Truly a gem in Bloomfield (& Pittsburgh)! I’ve recommended this to all of my friends, and they all love it. Everything is so fresh, creative, and soooo delicious! You can never be disappointed with any item. 10/10.

I have been dying to try a breakfast sandwich but it’s never been in the cards for me time wise. Today I was driving past after a doctors appointment and there was only 1 person in the line! I almost took out the small tables that were at the business next door as I parked so quickly like skurtttttt. Lol no but seriously I was so happy I finally got the opportunity. Ordered 2 Becky’s. One without cheese. And grabbed a donut. You already know from other reviews that this spot is banging! Everything is perfectly concocted. The egg is perfectly, I mean perfectly cooked. Not boogery or runny at all. Had its firmness to hold up to the rest of the sandwich but still managed to have a little bit of runny deliciousness for that extra little condiment… the bacon is thick and they don’t skimp. The roll…. That poppyseed roll… it was soft but like biscuity… held up to the sandwich also perfectly. It never broke or crumbled.. it didn’t get soggy or soft… every bite is perfect. The donut was also great. Soft yet slight crunchiness on the outside. Loaded with sprinkles but they weren’t those plastic hard ones that break your crowns… they melted in your mouth with the donut. Highly recommend for you to try them out. I will definitely return when I’m in the area even if there is a long line. It’s 💯 percent worth it. Staff was friendly and they’re cranking out the goodness!

Solid breakfast sandwiches. Had a good mix of flavors and very freshly made. It’s about a 15 min wait for the sandwich, and they cost around $9. Very filling, so that’s great, though a little salty in some parts. Honestly there’s probably a ceiling to breakfast sandwiches in terms of taste, but Thyme Machine does it well.

Some of the best bf sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Walking around one morning and saw people lining up. Best decision ever to join the line. Vast menu and everything was freshly made! Had the avocado mushroom sandwich and it was delectable. Also tried the bacon egg cheese another time and it was such a classic goodness. Will love to come back and try more stuff on their menu. Their pastries were also very tempting.

The BEST breakfast Sammie in the burgh & I’m not kidding! We have had them all & nothing quite tops thyme machines fresh roll & delicious donuts! Employees are awesome & I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Ridiculously delicious breakfast sandwiches!!! This place deserves the perfect 5.0 rating. The egg was perfectly cooked and runny, the bacon was to die for, the cheese was perfect, the ketchup complimented it perfectly, and it was so worth the wait! We didn't even have to wait too long in line, I absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back.

The best breakfast sandwiches of my life. I’ve stood in line for 45 minutes and it is totally worth it. Their doughnuts are amazing (soft and crunchy at the same time) as well.

They could really get a Michelin star, these sandwiches are just so good. The bread is amazing, ingredients are fresh, eggs are cooked just enough to drench everything in yolk which means every bite tastes equally amazing. My favorite thing is to see the look on someone’s face as they take their first bite of one of these sandwiches. You have expectations but I’m pretty confident they won’t be high enough.

Never had a sandwich there I didn't like. Mortadella is the best, IMO. They have good donuts too. Only problem is it's a stand and not a restaurant so weather and wait times can be an issue.
