My grandson Jeremy had his 7th birthday party at ZapZone Waterford and it was amazing!!!! Devin, Shannon, Choe,and the rest of the staff members were so helpful and made it the best experience we've had with a birthday party!!! Thank you.

These guys were amazing we did putt putt, bumper cars, laser tag 2x then we did the arcade. It was very clean and well kept I only saw 1 game down maybe The laser tag was so much fun it's 3 stories tall But what made it amazing is were celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday When we told them what we were doing the manager and other attendants were so nice they gave my daughter's 12$ in have credits for her birthday after we went and played and did the golf and all We played some games and won some tickets. We decided to give them to my daughter of course we had 1600 tickets and the manager was so nice she gave her an extra 400 tickets to make it an even 2000 my daughter was so happy then the other employee went and got my daughter a green golf ball to keep cause it was her birthday and also her first time even playing putt putt golf. We all had so much fun. I use a walker to get around and did not have any trouble at all getting around they even have an elevator for those that want to go upstairs for golf or escape rooms My girlfriend's mom also uses a walker and oxygen and never once had an terrible They also told us if we wanted to bring a birthday cake and use the area we could It was so much fun we all needed that so much my daughter was smiling the whole way home and even feel asleep on the back on the ride cause she was wore out from the excitement. We are going to come back again and again for sure We did the Unlimited pass for 32 each and then bought some credits afterwards. In that 2 hours we did the golf, the bumper cars and the laser tag we did 2 times The staff was great so helpful and so generous very family friendly clean upkept. Almost everything was in amazing condition. Not complaining at all only 1 game was down. they all worked perfectly Me and my family definitely agree this is a place we will come back to all the time and well refer everyone to go and try it out That also have escape rooms we weren't planning on the price so they are our next trip for sure Loved it all around so much fun my daughter is still taking about it now And if the staff can see this. We want to thank you for an amazing time my daughter is sooooooo happy. You guys are amazing

Had a birthday party here. All the kids loved it!! Every single employee was helpful, kind, and patient. They were available and informative but not in your face. Accommodating. Would highly recommend having a party here.

This place is awesome! Great for date night or kid or adult parties. Staff was fantastic. Our escape room host Natalie was outstanding, and extremely patient with all of our questions since none of us had done an escape room before. If you’ve never done an escape room before, I highly recommend this for adults. I was surprised at how clean this place was, and I liked the sanitizing wipes available. It’s also awesome that points and tickets on cards never expire. We will definitely be back!

We came here to do an escape room. We didn't escape but it still was a blast trying to escape. We did the pirate themed room with a party of 5. Some of the puzzle locks didn't work easily. The host used a walkie-talkie to communicate. Most other escape rooms use a tv screen on the wall for communication. Not my favorite escape room experience but still had fun. 💚💯💯

Tuesdays are 5 stars otherwise a little pricey but they offer attractions and video game credits that are 20$ per person without the Tuesday’s deal. Attractions are kept up nicely; Lazer Tag, Miniature Glow Golf, good Bumper Cars, miniature Ninja Warrior Course, quality Escape Rooms(4 different ones) and Virtual Reality with real motion. Kids love the wide variety of games for every age from toddler’s on up! Clean and kept up well

Had my son's birthday party here. The staff was wonderful with communication, opening up early to let us decorate, and serving us during the party. The kids had a blast. Very clean and everything worked well. Thank you Devin and Joe!

This place was awesome. Not super expensive and the food was actually really good. The staff is the best part they were super helpful and took care of every need we had for our birthday party. Mary, shannon and Collin are the best thanks for everything!

Not bad. My wife took me to this place on Holloween. I was a little hesitant but I went anyways. Wow. Nice place. Lots of games. Plenty of prize games. Huge batman statue. Too bad it was enclosed. Decent food. They also have the escape room game. Some VR Games too. I would rate this place as the 2nd best Game place in the county. Round 1 has the number 1 spot. You cannot beat a game place supported by a huge corporation. Highly Recommended.

I bring my daughter to zapzone in days we have some free time. Staff is always helpful and kind. Today we came in and Tristan went above and beyond. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Robin and Kyra were such gracious hosts! Although we were unable to escape, they were both very helpful and kind when we needed clues! Very fun adventure and great way to spend time with friends or family. 5 stars!

My daughters spent a great time with their friends here. It was the best way to spend some time together after their half day from school! The attention is amazing, everyone is very kind and helpful. I mean they handled a group of 11 kids 13 years old pretty well. They have a very decent size zone for the parents to chill out and eat something while the kids are having fun. I totally recommend this Zap Zone.

Zap Zone has always been a family favorite for us as an occasional fun day/night out. Last night we took our son and his friend there for a belated birthday celebration. We not only had a blast as always, but Mary and Shannon were beyond exceptional. Their phenomenal customer service, patience and kindness shown toward the boys did not go unnoticed. 5 stars for this family friendly, fun establishment AND 5 stars for each of these two ladies!

We have done two birthday parties here as well as countless day trips, always leaving very happy. The staff is so helpful, kind, and do their best to help make it an incredible experience. I highly recommend for a fun time!
