I had them come out to repair my refrigerator, the person who came out to do the repair was great and did a good job. My issue with this business not with the repairman but with whoever is in the shop itself, I’m not sure if this is the owner or not but this person is very rude and foul mouthed. This business would have gotten a much better rating if it weren’t for this guy

If there were an option for zero stars it would better match the friendliness I received from this guy! I want to support local business but not from undeserving ones! I had called for a part I had diagnosed prior. Right off the bat without any questions he rudely told me it wasnt the problem and to bring it in. I had to question that, so after his long extremely rude problem solving skills he told me "well thats your problem." Which was the same part I had initially asked for in the first place!!

I prefer to help our town businesses out as much as possible 🤗 We Purchased a washer and dryer from the couple that owns Fostoria Appliance. Wonderful, helpful (he knows his appliances, been in the business I know of, since I was a little kid). Cost is comparable with the big chain stores. Quality. Happy with our purchase!

Owner is very nice, & easy to deal with! If anyone needs appliances, I would recommend them!

I like no pressure sales and phone calls. I really like when I call and ask for a price on a part that I get the price. A few times they have asked other questions, only to help make sure I am getting the right part. When it comes time to replace the appliances, I will head here.

My family members did not stay at the location. They checked within two hours into their stay. My sister found bedbugs as she was disinfecting the room. On top of finding the bedbugs, when she went to file complaint; front desk personnel was rude. She was charged for one night stay and the next morning we saw a dumpster of beds, bedding, pillows being thrown out. We will not patronize the place never again.
