This
place
by
far
is
there
worst
and
most
expensive
place
that
I
lived
in
my
11
years
of
renting
across
multiple
states.
I
was
so
happy
that
my
lease
was
over
with
this
place,
and
I
will
never
return
to
live
there
even
if
someone
offered
me
money
to
live
there.
The
management
company
promotes
this
place
as
luxury
but
there
is
nothing
luxurious
about
it,
their
newest
building
is
consistently
dirty,
hopefully
this
review
will
give
an
idea
what
you
are
getting
into.
Covered
Garage:
Good
thing
about
it
is
that
it’s
heated
during
the
winter,
that’s
literally
the
only
good
thing
about
it,
there
is
dust
everywhere,
the
management
company
cleaned
it
twice,
yet
there
is
more
dust
inside
that
will
make
car
dirty
the
next
day.
Garage
door
also
was
broken
almost
all
year
around,
they
keep
repairing
it
and
it’s
constantly
broken,
kinda
defeats
the
purpose
of
having
a
secured
access
to
it.
Lastly,
almost
every
other
day
you
can
easily
smell
people
smoking
weed
in
the
garage.
The
building:
The
building
have
good
amenities,
the
gym,
party
area,
packages
room,
and
the
office
room
are
decent,
if
you
walk
through
the
hallways
of
the
building
you
will
notice
every
floor
is
dirty
outside
the
publicly
visible
areas.
Any
carpeted
areas
you
will
pieces
of
food
or
other
things
left
for
weeks
until
the
vacuum
the
said
floors.
The
apartment:
We
lived
in
the
one
of
the
renovated
apartment,
I
rented
the
unit
and
wasn’t
able
to
inspect
it
or
get
the
keys
a
week
later
after
my
lease
started
because
I
was
out
of
three
state,
first
time
I
inspected
there
were
plenty
of
issues,
counters
were
covered
in
sticky
oily
stuff
(never
been
cleaned
before),
fridge
was
somewhat
dirty,
washer
was
making
super
loud
noises,
dryer
exhaust
was
not
attached
at
all.
I
notified
the
management
company
because
the
unit
was
not
and
should
not
be
inhabited
by
us
and
maintenance
promptly
fixed
the
issues,
however
later
that
night
I
discovered
that
the
shower
was
broken
and
won’t
shutoff,
called
the
emergency
maintenance,
the
technician
came
and
told
me
that
they
cannot
fix
the
problem
because
they
cannot
locate
the
replacement
part
to
fix
it,
and
basically
leave
the
water
fully
running
overnight,
the
did
fix
it
the
next
day.
I
thought
that
was
the
last
of
my
problems
but
it
turned
out
it’s
not,
the
unit
had
so
many
HVAC
issues
that
they
replaced
it
3
times
in
the
first
2
months,
and
eventually
I
gave
up
because
the
unit
had
design
issues
where
it
will
always
stay
super
hot
during
the
summer
even
if
the
shades
are
closed
in
all
of
the
rooms
(usually
it’s
around
80F
inside
the
unit),
and
my
family
was
miserable
during
the
entire
summers.
And
that
wasn’t
event
the
last
of
it,
it
seems
the
dryer
vents
are
attached
to
the
bathroom
vents
as
well,
in
a
normal
world
that
would
be
ok
if
you
keep
the
vents
clean
and
free
from
lint,
however,
I
don’t
think
anyone
cleaned
any
of
the
exhaust
vents
in
any
of
the
units,
if
you
walk
outside
and
look
for
the
exhaust
vents,
you
will
see
almost
all
of
them
are
covered
with
lint
visibly,
that
caused
really
bad
odors
in
the
bathrooms
when
we
turn
the
exhaust
fan
for
any
of
them,
and
when
the
dryer
runs.
The
carpet
in
the
second
bedroom
smelled
really
bad
(smelled
like
pee)
and
had
a
lot
of
stains
in
it,
I
explicitly
asked
the
management
regarding
replacing
the
carpet
for
new
residents
and
their
response
was
that
we
will
only
clean
it
if
it’s
necessary
otherwise
we
will
just
clean
it,
so
you
can
tell
how
management
standards
are.
You
will
also
see
different
kind
of
residents
there,
my
neighbor
patio
was
full
of
dog
poop,
you
will
hear
plenty
of
noisy
neighbors,
we’ve
complained
to
the
management
about
them
multiple
times
and
what
they
said
is
to
submit
and
emergency
service
request
so
someone
can
address
the
noise,
even
though
we
just
emailed
them
about
the
noise
and
responding
to
our
concern.
Also,
one
of
their
policies
is
that
if
you
have
to
notify
them
about
not
renewing
your
lease
60
days
prior
to
your
lease
expiration,
they
will
charge
you
rent
for
every
day
you
don’t
notify
them,
even
though
if
you
evicted
your
unit
a
month
earlier.
