I have lived in 5 different states and this is the BEST dental office I have had. I recently moved back to the area and was actually excited to return to Munroe Falls Family Dentistry. They are kind, gentle, compassionate, and supportive.

WONDERFUL!! Everyone here from the front desk to the assistants to the dentists themselves are fantastic! They genuinely care about you, your comfort, your time and the end results. I have never waited more than 3 minutes and usually walk in to them waiting for me! It is clean, comfortable, and relaxed. I hear they cater to cowards so an easy dental experience is almost guaranteed! I see Dr. Evan (pronounced Evon) who is absolutely fantastic! I have never felt a shot, am always questioned about my comfort and am completely in charge of my dental health plan. I can not say enough kind things nor recommend them more highly! I truly hope he never retires!!

I am a new patient visiting for the first time, and I must say it was so refreshing to being seen and heard with my problems concerns and aggravation with previous dentist, I was given a thorough exam, and a game plan on how to proceed, exactly what my insurance covered and what I would be on the hook for. No beating around the bush, by a dentist that gained and had my trust from the word go, truly an outstanding facility and staff I would recommend to all who would listen... thanks again

The entire staff here is amazing! They are all so kind & welcoming. Dr. Evan is great, he is very personable & makes you feel comfortable. I’ve been to a few different dental offices & this one by far is the best. Customer service is a huge factor when choosing where I go to get dental work done & they definitely knocked it out of the park as soon as I walked in the door. 100% recommend coming here.

Love them! I get super anxious at the dentist, but they helped me feel relaxed and at ease. They are very easy to talk to about how I haven’t been to the dentist in AGES. There was zero judgment only kindness. If you are not a fan of dentists this is a good place to go.

Monroe Falls Family Dentistry has the most experienced and professional dental hygienists. No matter who I see, I know they will be friendly and caring. Dr Evan is the best dentist and will spend time to make sure things are done perfectly and comfortably. I would highly recommend for all dental needs.

I'm such a baby at the dentist. So being my first visit at Munro falls dentistry and seeing Dr. Evans I was super nervous!!! I've read all the wonderful reviews about this place and both dentist. Omg, from the minute I walked in the door and the warm greeting from the reception to the time I left, I felt I'd been coming there for years and I was family. Dr. Evans was so friendly and consoling to my needs and assured me I'm in good hands. My visit with Kathy the hygienist was smooth and relaxing. She was great too. When I phoned for an emergency examination yesterday, they fit me in right away. From my arrival at the front desk to sign-out, and through the whole examination process, I was treated professionally, efficiently, and with consideration and concern. As always with my visits to Dr. Bartels and the staff of Munro Falls Family Dentistry this latest experience was first rate.

My family has been with this dentist office for several years and has had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Bartels and Dr. Evan are always very detailed, the hygienists are always so thorough and kind, and ALL of the supporting staff are great, helpful people. When my children were younger, the staff did a great job making them feel comfortable and not afraid to be there. Great place!

After 47 years of association with MFFD. I still feel more like part of a family than just a client. Of all the extensive work done by Drs. Young and Evan I've never had to have any work redone! They have provided the utmost of expert dental work. I've been blessed to be under their care.
