I don’t normally post reviews, but this time I feel like I must speak. I thought places like these were set up to help people in need. So when my wife came home yesterday crying and feeling suicidal after trying to get an initial visit at this facility, I was more than a little upset. Needless to say we will NOT be returning. Staff is rude and uncaring. It’s clear that the focus is less on caring for the well-being of the patient and more on the acquisition of their money. Don’t waste your time with these vultures.

I've been going to signature health for along time they have been good to me and did everything they can to help me . I do groups willingly and go to therapy..I also do peer support with amanda omg she is the best I love her she's such a amazing person who really cares .

I've been a patient of Dr.Tran here for a little over a year, and I can't stress enough how much of a positive impact it has made in my everyday life. Finding a dr that listens to you and helps you navigate your way through mental health struggles is so important. Also, the nurses and receptionists I've been in contact with have been kind and helpful. Just overall very grateful to have made my way here.

I’m disappointed in this place, it seems as though everyone is eager to “lock” you in, without explaining the procedure to each new prospective patient. In my case, I have an issue that is bothering me, I’m eager to gather as much evidence, from different people, and then determine which one suits my own personal needs better this is a sound, logical, and sane approach to any and all needs, mental, physical, or emotional. However, when both PCP advise the same panel, and the patient inadvertently and unknowingly takes the panel assuming the results could be interpreted by both if not digitally then physically ; it apparently alienates the left or the right into “not sitting well” and penalizing the patient for seeking information. This is a poor attitude to take, and signature health who prides itself on serving the people, should not be penalizing patients for seeking second; third: or even fourth opinions within “reasonable” limits and it’s PCP does infact punish this is offputting and sad. It’s disappointing, and I feel it’s worth redirecting any and all people I come into contact with somewhere else entirely, since we seem to be more worried about who is locking in the patient versus ensuring the person not “patient” is being looked at accordingly. I advise any and all readers to take this review into account Think hard before trusting signature and their chosen nurse/PCP, their more concerned with locking you into their web than your well-being, that should be your signal stop.

I see Dr. Kelly O'conner at the Ashtabula location. She is a GREAT doctor. Always professional, kind, empathetic & funny! There is never a wait for an appointment. I hope she never leaves this location b/c I can't imagine seeing another doctor. I also see Dr. Zinni as my PCP in this same location. He is one of the most intelligent & kind doctors I have ever had in my life. If he does not know what's wrong he will order tests, research & not quit until he does. And if he can't figure it out he will refer you to a trusted colleague. He is not the type of doctor who dismisses your issues or brushes you off. He is a true gem in the Ashtabula community. It will absolutely break my heart if he ever retires!

Best signature health by far. Dr. Whittaker has been my psych dr for 7 yrs, longest dr. Ive had . Her nurse Breanna always helpful. And the front desk is nice to me and LISTENS. As it should be with mental health care. SCARLETT at the front desk is helpful, takes her time and is accurate. I live in medina and CHOOSE to go here vs. Cle and lakewood.
