These guys are the actual best! My battery got messed up, but it was still under warranty so I came in to get it replaced. There turned out to be some strange things going on with my car in the battery area, but Noah was a champ about it, and got it installed regardless! He worked on it for almost an hour, out in the cold, even after it started to rain, and my car is in better shape now than when I came in. He helped me understand some issues that I had with my car, and even was able to recommend how to fix them. Jared helped with this process too. I honestly can't say enough good stuff about how great Noah, and the whole team, was. These guys really know their stuff, and they are so helpful! Can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at this location. We were having issues with our car and Trenton and Joe went out of their way to help us get it fixed. Trenton helped us for over an hour (past their closing time) and Joe came from home to help us. They were both so kind and helpful!

Dave did a great job making sure my new battery was working correctly. He took the extra time to test it thoroughly. Great service. Very much appreciated

After stopping at another local auto parts store and getting nowhere, I stopped in today for help with a brake light fault issue and a trunk latching problem on my 2013 Ford Focus. I was helped by Noah, who not only assisted me in troubleshooting the problem, they changed out the bulb causing the issues, gave me great advice for simple preventative maintenance to curb future problems caused by moisture, AND explained how to fix the trunk latch problems on my own! Noah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Oberlin AutoZone will now be my first stop for automotive needs!
