Food was delicious but the service was a little slow. Our server was very kind.

Ordered through door dash. Received it in this foil pan. Butter packets and sour cream just tossed in. Manager made it right. Food tastes fine. But goodness why is it in a foil pan ? It's a mess and looks less than appealing....

Food was delicious! Service was amazing and super fast. I wish I could remember our servers name to give her a personal shout out. She was a young gal with dark hair and had her hair up in a cute pony tail. She was so upbeat and friendly. You need to hold on to her, she is doing an awesome job!!

Food was fantastic. Waiter was on top of his job! Restaurant also had a medical emergency with a guest and the manager was on top of her job with getting the ambulance to the restaurant and keeping her staff together throughout the whole ordeal. It was some years since I last dined in. I'll be sure to be back!

So we got there and we were greeted nicely, but we waited for at least 15 minutes for our drinks, and an hour for our food ( after getting drinks) when I got my fish and chips, the fish was extremely fishy and gross, I also got the clam chowder and it looked gross, and tasted okay, wouldn't recommend coming.

Matt was our server and he was nice and friendly, and always checking on us.. the food was delicious and served hotttt!!

It was my birthday today. My husband and I waited one hour and still were not served. We asked why and the manager came to our table. She said it would be another 30 minutes. That makes it one hour and 30 minutes to get served on a Tuesday evening. My husband and I chose to leave. I am very upset and don’t know how long it’ll be till I ever go back.

I couldn't be happier with Wooster Red Lobster! They went above and beyond for my family and my Mother's birthday. The food and service were top notch. A special thank you to manager Amy for making it happen.

Shrimp itself was good. Orzo rice was meh. Service was slow possibly due to staffing issues. There were two kids going from table to table selling candy which was weird.

Loved the service and the food. As for the restaurant itself, could use an upgrade. Needs a new look. Very old and outdated.

Recently called and spoke to a female staff member (In an attempt to place a to go order) that continuously hung up on me. She was rude, insulting and would not listen to me. I simply said ma'am I tried to Order online. But when I use your website, I can not ask for specific alterations to my order, such as broccoli with no butter or no seasoning on fries or sour cream on my baked potato on the Side, this woman hung up and would not take my order. It's really a shame cause now I won't go to my local red lobster any more. I live locally order from them quite often and have been a good customer. I've never complained before up until now. I just can't believe how I was treated my money means. Nothing. They missed out on a hundred dollarsale

Did not catch our waiters name last night, cute little blonde with pink or purple in her hair. She was fantastic. She definitely deserves a raise

Placed an online order on 7/2/23 for pick up, arrived at the pick up time provided. Was told food would be out in a couple minutes. After 10-15 minutes I asked the hostess to see how much longer. Came back and stated they were waiting on 2 items would be right up. Another 10 minutes goes by and I ask for the manager. She finally came up front and finished getting my order together. I said I wanted a refund since I stood in the store for a half hour for an order that was placed online. She instead gave a gift card for half the meal. I will not be back to this location ever again. Food was half cold by the time we got our order as well

I can't remember our server's name. But she was absolutely wonderful. Great since of humor. Prompt and she mentioned she has a boat and loves to fish. Now that is absolutely awesome. It's nice getting to know a little something personal like that about the person handling our food. Witch by the way was great. No complaints here. Definitely going back and recommending Red Lobster to anyone and everyone who loves sea food. Thank you for the amazing service and food

Ordered the lobster/steak combo. Pretty good lobster meat. Steak was fine. Baked potato was good. No complaints.

Everything was good. I had the unlimited shrimp, which was served with one side for $20. Any requested refills were served promptly and always hot. Their biscuits are the absolute best.

Really good restaurant I always get the chicken tenders which are always excellent and very well done great service and a reasonable price , plus I have red lobster rewards which makes it very nice

The waiter matt was awesome 😀 he checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Love the wednesday steak and lobster deal and food was perfect. 🥰

We wanted to Celebrate Christmas together and being that they were open our favorite waiter Matt was working, so we went in. Best service always! He just brings our drinks, and biscuits (with the pineapple sauce you dip the coconut shrimp in) if you haven't tried it it is A MUST! Thank you for a great evening and always the service rocks! They honor Veterans on Veterans Day with a delicious free meal. I have always had a great experience there no matter what time of year I have gone there.

Very disappointed the service was horribl soooo slow I got my food first and my husband had to wait on his so basically I ate with him hungry waiting he was so irritated ate my steak mostly without A-1 cuz it took so long to bring it steak was over cooked Wll instead of med well $50 not worth it!!!!!!

We had a party of 10. They could not seat us with enough room room for 8 but put all 10( adults) into a spot with 3 tables pushed together. This was the second time we have gone there and it was our last.

Red Lobster should not try and make a southern dish and stick to what they do best. I had the new boil that they have on the menu, disgusting! I won’t be surprised if they stop serving it before the next menu comes out. It had 1 piece of soggy corn, gross kielbasa, large chunks of potatoes and 1/2 pound crab legs all smothered in butter and I think they microwaved it 🤮🤮. Hands down the worst boil taste and experience. Sticky microwaved butter on a finger food dish horrible idea. The shrimp in the dish was ok at best. Kenzie is a great waitress not her fault still tipped her 20% +. We were the only guests when we walked in at 12:30 on Saturday. 2 stars for service and biscuits zero stars for the “Boil.”

I took my mom out for lunch for her 80th birthday on July 4th ( her Birthday!) and we were greeted quickly and seated. Our waitress, Jen, was fantastic!!!! She was very attentive and even served mom a ice cream sundae, for her birthday dessert!!
