Randy, the boss, threw an absolute hissy fit when I was involved with an accident.

Terrible, disrespectful stuffs and place ever. They are all lying and not helping. I have two time experiences there. They did not give us our reserved truck. First time I went to there with one of my friends for his reservation. They told him , your car is not here. And even they did not help him to find other truck. I thought, it can be normal. But a couple of weeks later I had the same problem. They did not help me too. I really do not recommend this place any body. I will get them paid for it. I am not that much easy person to let them to fool people.

Do not try to rent a truck here. Their online service will confirm a rental but when you show up there will be no truck. If you’re lucky they may call you the day before to let you know. Either way you can’t get a truck here. When you call to complain, the manager, Caleb will insult you, “I get you man”. What manager says something like that. Caleb laughed like it was a big joke. It’s not a joke. It’s the second time it’s happened to me. Time is money Caleb & when someone drives from the east side to rent one of your trucks & you don’t have it it’s not a laughing matter. I think the only thing that’s funny here Caleb, is how the heck are you in charge of anything?

This was my first time renting from this particular location... Randy and Steve were very helpful... I recommend this location to everyone... keep up the great work guys I'll be back!!!

I'd give 6-7 if able. Anan, Tyler and crew were great! Highly recommend the high roof van. Really hold a boat load of stuff.

What a life saver!!! I had a reservation at another establishment for a truck today however I was called hours before picking it up to hear they had nothing available for me. Randy at Enterprise Truck Rental come into save the day. With a few questions I was able to get exactly what I needed. The truck was ready for me when I arrived. Randy took care of getting me in and out quickly so I could get on the road in no time at all. Randy was just super. Thank you again for saving the day.

Bright, clean office. Friendly and helpful staff. The truck was in great condition. Clean with cleaning wipes. A lift gate truck can be a life saver. Reasonable rates.

Easy online reservations rented a commercial pickup truck with towing capabilities, perfect for what we needed. Front staff is very helpful explained everything at rental provided the right adapter for my own hitch. Drop off is easy we went over all the paperwork and I recommend Brookpark Enterprise for commercial truck rental.

The truck was shaking at 60 mph but they took care of it I guess . I’d definitely go back but have a credit card
