This Starbucks is somewhat small, but it always has great baristas and good customer service. They really pay attention to your order, and if it's not too your liking, you get a do over is what I call it. The pastries and other dessert items are also good. They do sometimes be busy, but they still get you out in pretty good time UPDATE!!!!**** ONE of my favorite Starbucks had a makeover, and it looks good, feels great, and is very comfortable ☆☆☆☆☆UPDATE2☆☆☆☆☆ Starbucks, this location has had another makeover. This time, fewer seats and more of a post Covid look😁. Lighter colors seem more spacious and better work area for the staff.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. While my friend and I were waiting for our drinks, the staff were complaining about being there, how much they were getting paid, and being rude to customers. The man that was working behind the counter was huffing and puffing and threw his apron on the ground. A customer asked for a cup of water, and he threw his hands up and slammed it on the counter annoyed. Another staff was more worried about making her own food and drinks to take home, and proceeded to walk out with several drinks and was laughing. I only ordered 2 drinks, a Java chip frapp and a chai latte, and they charged me for 3 drinks. The Java chip frapp was half way filled with whipped cream as you can see in the picture.

First time ordered this Java Mint Frappuchino. It was good, not like very tasty. So just 4 star for the drink.

I ordered a cold brew with whip cream on it but there was no whipped cream when it came out on the counter so i asked for whipped cream on it but the staff poured my coffee out in a sink to make a room for whipped cream in a cup which made my coffee half size and whipped cream half size in a cup. Unbelievable. I just wanted whipped cream on top of it not having less coffee, she didn’t have to pour out the coffee out like that. I felt as though I never wanna come back here again.

The employees work so hard and are very kind and compassionate. Thank you for the great coffee!

It was only one worker that was really great his name was Justin he was literally carrying the team and doing absolutely everything he has a great attitude but the other 2 employees weren’t as happy or enthusiastic or supportive for the African American employee Justin because I believe it was 2 there’s he deserves a raise and actual help in order to make sure the store is good

The staff is great! Super friendly and nice. It’s a Starbucks so… the food/drinks are exactly what you’d expect. I think the decor and overall shop needs a remodel.

Well, the young lady working the register was weird. I said good morning she just stared then I said it again then she responded. Ordered my coffee and blueberry muffin. Received my drink then stood an additional 5+ minutes waiting for the muffin. Had ask another worker. I understand it's a fast pace environment however there's more to customer service then running a register.

Here at the Starbucks on Chagrin there's this awesome cashier who just does everything and he does it with freaking smile. I've come in here three times this week and it's been very busy. He stays poised and polite all the time. I love workers like him. Keep it up Johnny!

The people who work here are friendly and beautiful people in and out. What I love most is how they maintain professional and keep a smile on their face even when they are overwhelmed with orders. This location is busy every time I order here but I don’t mind the wait because you can truly see they are working both quickly and efficiently.

The area I work in is a bit of a coffee desert, so I ventured out here on my lunch break. Everyone inside was very friendly and my drink was prepared quickly. No complaints other than where's the drive thru?

The male barista at this establishment today made me smile. His personality was vey bubbly and he helped me get into a better mood, I had a bad day.The staff here rocks tho! I love their vibe and they are always welcoming!

The person who served me. I believe she was maybe a manager, or something was an absolute sweetheart. She was so compassionate and understanding. I had the Carmel Crunch Frappuccino

Slower staff than normal. Lack of customer acknowledgement. I am giving the service a 3 point for that reason. There is ample amount of space for everybody to park. Parking issue is the last hussle. I saw students working on there home work while gulping some cookie and coffee. High school students love the place.

I am very disappointed I stopped in this store before work between 6pm and 6:05pm this evening. I ordered a grande mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher. I waited close to if not 15 minutes. I had to ask twice about my order after seeing two people that came in after me get their coffee and espresso shots. When she finally made mine she slid it across the counter to me I picked it up to taste it and it spilled down the front of my shirt. Again I was heading to work. I then just asked for a refund. No sorry no can I make another one nothing.

I was given Starbucks gift cards for my birthday and come in and order the Mango Dragonfruit with lemonade and ordered a cup full of “ICE”. My cup is almost filled to the top with ice for a medium drink. I’m really not pleased with this because I order this drink all the time it’s my favorite. Sincerely regular customer at all Starbucks

The older woman manager that was on today is absolutely disgusting. Her behavior is very condescending. She just doesn’t belong in the store. There’s no one in this neighborhood that I know of the acts like this she needs to go someplace where her bias opinions about people fit.
