I got a spicy tuna bowl today and got food poisoning after eating that. Couldn't eat more than a few bites of it because the tuna smelled so fishie and tasted bad. I have had poke bowls from other locations and had no issues. I'm not sure if they properly clean the bowls or if the ingredients are expired. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

My sister got food poisoning and this restaurant and they did not make it right. She was a frequent loyal customer and it’s too bad this company staffs a team that doesn’t understand how to treat clients. We will take out business elsewhere from now on where our hard earned dollars are valued.

This restaurant does not maintain their food fresh. Avocado should be green but their avocado is black. Fresh fish do not smell badly, but their fish smell pretty badly. In fact, I got a food poisoning from eating their Tuna Lover bowl. Stay away if you do not have really strong stomach.

The food is fresh & tasty & the staff is friendly. However, it's remarkably overpriced for the quantity of food you get, and while I only have anecdotal evidence, I feel like it's gotten worse through the pandemic. Especially for kids, paying $11 for a chicken bowl with some rice and veggies just seems crazy.

Didn't like the preparer wore only one glove while making my food, had the "sniffles" but wasn't wearing a mask. The counter has a bunch of sauce spilled on it at the protein station. Preparer didn't even attempt to clean it up and they weren't busy bc I was the only one in there the whole time. I should've walked out, but noooo, I was determined to feed my craving, ugh!

Pretty disappointing when you pay 14 dollars and get the tiniest amount of protein. My whole bowl is rice.

Rice was crunchy and old. $21+ for 1 bowl that was a veggie bowl only tofu. Got charged extra for getting my sauce on the side. Customer service is not friendly. Not worth the price and does not taste good.

We come here every week and it’s awesome, we always look forward to it. The food can be very healthy, and a special shout-out today because there was an issue on the app and the manager and young lady working were very helpful in sorting everything out.

Friendly and outgoing staff, clean and welcoming environment. Outdoor seating was a plus! Everyone had smiles on their faces and engaged with customers.

Destiny took my order. As this was my first time to this place, She explained me everything, the quality and the quantity of food was tasty, the amount of sauce, everything tastes perfect.

We’re used to eating Poke from places like Poke Fish and Sushi King, and Poke Poke cannot compare to those. The fish was obviously frozen and lacks flavor and color, the rice was both mushy and undercooked in the same bowl, and the toppings were just mediocre. They don’t focus much on presentation either. Won’t be going back…

Had the dynamite bowl yesterday, absolutely delicious. The service was also some of the best I've ever experienced, 10/10 will recommend and turn this into a regular lunch stop.

My bowl was delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to trying again.

We ordered a carry out order fairly close to their closing time. We lost track of time and by the time we left to pick it up it was past closing. Milad who I believe is the owner offered to stay until we arrived to pick up our food. I would give ten stars if I could.

The food itself was decent, but the rice to toppings ratio leaves a lot to be desired IMO. I noticed that I wasn't getting full scoops of 90% of what I added. For $20, it just feels like I could have at least gotten a full portion, you know? It was my first time here, and the blonde girl who built my bowl definitely seemed unfriendly and impatient. Like damn, give me a minute to look and see what looks good. It was good enough for lunch today, but I probably wouldn't go back.

My husband and I tried for the first time today. Husband is a sushi person but I am not so I was a little skeptical. However….I LOVED IT! We walked in and told the gentleman we had never been in before. The service from him was outstanding. Seemed like he could have been a manager. Walked us through everything. I got white rice with shrimp and crab. Allowed us to try sauces. Even gave us free drinks for our first time in. You can make your own bowl or choose from their signature ones. Highly recommend and will be back.

Milad J. helped me with my order, I was running late to pick up my order and he allowed me to come in after close @9pm to pick up my food. He provided great service and was very generous! I highly recommend this location, five stars!

This Poke restaurant was a favorite UNTIL… they no longer offered cauliflower rice. I’m sorry but mixed greens or cabbage just don’t make it taste like unrolled sushi. The employees are always super nice. I used to stop in once a week and now it just isn’t the same. Huge disappointment.

Customer service is horrible. Ordered delivery, got ONLY rice and sauce. It does not have ANY vegetables. Had to drive back, would not admit making a mistake, does not give refund, horrible attitude.

Poke poke is my favorite! I always go here whenever I have a sushi craving. It’s so good!

Tasty, fast, and friendly. I recommend getting the app so that you can occasionally cash in on their deals. A little pricey for the portion sizes but that's inflation and sushi.

I haven't been able to visit here since COVID started but am delighted to see that they're doing better than ever! Their Hawaiian salmon is my favorite of all the poke places I've visited and the employees are always very nice. Definitely recommend!

The food was good, not a problem. Parking is great. Service was the primary reason for 4 versus 5 stars. The lady wasn't rude....she was rushing to make the bowl and was so messy in preparation. My bowl wasn't made with "love"..... There was only one other person in the line and the place was empty.....smh I didn't complain, I thought to offer a review instead.

Deliciousness in a bowl…. Every time I come to this location they are so nice! And just very friendly. Food always tastes well! They have Aquafina water which is better than Dasani but I wish there were better water options.

Ordered a Large Poke Bowl online for pick up. $16.65 White Rice, choose 3 Main Proteins, I choose, 2 Ahi Tuna, 1 Salmon, Cucumber, Ginger & Wasabi, and Ginger Sesame Sauce, I added Avocado for 1.50 and Ponzu Citrus Sauce for .49. Total $18.64 plus tip. Presentation was poor! Serving was 3/4 of the large Bowl. There was no sign of the Ginger Sesame Sauce? The Ponzu Citrus tasted like Soy Sauce. We debated to try something new, however I should have just walked in, ordering online, one has no idea if its completed as ordered, until you get to your destination. Ahi and Salmon were fresh like all ingredients. Ginger was large sliced with a sweet taste and wasabi was bright in color and nice and spicy. I wish that the sauce ginger sesame was not overlooked. I'm not sure I would go back!

It seems that in-person orders are prioritized over online orders instead of fulfilling in order received. You may have a small wait if placing an order online. But the poke bowl was delicious.

Decent location for a poke bowl. I usually build my own bowl and most of the ingredients were fresh. The salmon one time did not look good. I usually get tuna and shrimp. I like it when I have a craving for sushi and do not want to spend a lot to savor the taste. Inside décor is modern and clean.

This bowl was so delicious and tasty. Never gets old ordering a healthy meal from Poke Poke. So Many veggies and meats to choose. Succulent!!!
