I like this place. Had a chicken shawarma wrap, a juicy lamb kofta, and teeny tiny bites of falafel side. Everything was legitimately good.

If you want fat sandwiches and good prices, come to Haifa. I'm so happy and thankful they are across the street within walking distance. Their sandwich deal is so good! $10 for a sandwich, side and a drink! That's pretty good if you ask me. Their falafel is very very good, well seasoned, and better than other local Mediterranean restaurants. They have quick service and the food always comes out right. Check them out!

We catered a graduation dinner for 35 from Haifa Falafel and it was delicious! It was super easy to order online and everything was perfect and ready for us at our requested time. It was a crowd pleaser, everyone loved it, and I will be dreaming of those falafel sandwiches.

Whoa! This place is amazing! Great food, great portions, great spices and great prices. I stopped here for lunch today per a recommendation. Growing up in the A2 area I never even heard of this little place before and I can't believe it! I had the Mega Falafel Sandwich and that was it, this is definitely a two meal sandwich and maybe even four depending on your appetite! I love big food and this thing was huge for sure. The inside of the establishment was clean and well maintained. There was just a single chef working so our order took a little time. As he caught up all the orders in front of us he have is a sample of Falafel to munch on and then began our order. He handed us a bag with our food when it was finished and we sat in the restaurant and began to indulge. My eyes lit up with the first bite I took and I continued to smash the first half until I was defeated and my hunger was satisfied. While I was waiting for the person with me to finish, the chef asked us how the food was and we told him "This is amazing, A+!". We then left and the chef said good bye as we walked out and our delicious adventure ended with fond memories of super delicious mediterranean food. I would/will highly recommend this place and I will be back next time I am in the area for sure. This place is a hidden gem!

i spent the past 10 years eating every single falafel i can get and this place???? wins for my favorite falafel of all time. on top of that as if it couldn’t get any better they also make the best hummus i’ve ever had 🔥🔥 if i had the choice a falafel plate with hummus and fries FROM HAI MF FALAFEL!!! would be my least meal. going into 2024 not spending no money at no corporations all of my eating out will be here until palestine is free.period.🍉🙇🏽‍♀️ (and hopefully afterwards too cause fr it’s my favorite food)

THEEEEEEEE absolute best shawarmas I've ever had! I won't go back to eating shawarmas I had before tasting the ones at Haifa Falafel. There's no comparison whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

This is an excellent place. The falafel was the best I’ve had in Michigan. Very similar to the excellent falafel in Israel. Large portions. Food to take home after your meal. Can’t wait to return. I need everything on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant

Great meal! Very flavorful with generous portions. The taste was very authentic and one of the better Mediterranean (Lebanese) restaurants. Both the tawook and shawarma plates were great and the hummus had the right consistency (not too thin or thick) .

Had a TERRIFIC experience with Haifa Falafel catering from start to finish. We ordered 2 trays of falafel sandwiches and one tray of eggplant sandwiches. Three days before the event, we, unfortunately, had a family emergency that required us to postpone our event. Even though we had prepaid for the order, when I called to ask about options, the person on the phone was tremendously accommodating. He let us keep the credit until the rescheduled event, that happened yesterday. The sandwiches were ready right on time. They were delicious (lots of positive feedback). And, the employees were very friendly right a long the way. I'm thankful for the Haifa Falafel team and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

This is our go-to place for Falafel in the Ann Arbor area. The falafel is crispy on the outside and moist and creamy on the inside. I can't stress how hard it is for places to do this. Moreover, their shawarmas are also good.

I love this place. They make the most flavorful shawarma with the best sauces. I'm also completely obsessed with their arayes which are so crispy and delicious.

The eggplant sandwich was incredible! And the staff is so wonderful too. The man at the counter was so respectful and kind, the service was fast, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend this place! Especially if you’re looking for a filling, delicious and quick grab.

Ive eaten here a million times. Got accustomed to the non-traditional felafel and liked it…but today may have been the last straw. Hardly any felafel in the sandwich and what was in it was mushy and the bread stale. I know u see this habibi…fix ur مكسكنز. Haram to charge $8 for that.

Went in with family on a trip to VA, we had the falafel & chicken Shawarma sandwiches, they were huge! Extremely delicious!! Order the falafel the original way, with cucumber, tomato, hummus, tahini, and pickles! You’ll never eat them any other way! Very very good!

Place is absolutely amazing, still and always. Everything is super fresh and just has the top-notch flavor/quality to it. Love the felafels, soups, anything meat they do is incredible, all of the different pickled veggies... Just YUM

Best Middle Eastern in Ypsi! We have been coming here for 10 years every time we are in town. Our Ypsi friends and family love it too! Great wraps, falafel, mujadra, kafta, salads, hummus, and don’t forget the lentil soup. We finished some left over hummus today. Still excellent 5 days later

I can't rate this place highly enough, top 5 places in Ypsilanti easy. The food is always delicious, in generous portions, it comes out on time if you're dining takeout, and the restaurant actually has a nice sit down atmosphere if you want to dine in. Goto order: chicken shawarma plate with mujadra and salad The mujadra here is crazy good, adding the tangy salad to it goes perfect with their sauces and a heavy layer of chicken. Honestly everything is good here, shout out to the lentil soup and falafel.

Best eggplant sandwiches around. Haifa is our go-to for a quick meal, but recently we ordered a few trays of sandwiches for a crowd and they were a huge hit. A shout out to the Haifa Bowl as well—the rice is basmati, a big step above the competition. Consistent, fresh, delicious, and good service, too.

Basically chicken shawerma has some green sauce that is overly filling it and doesn’t taste nice at all. I would say over marinated . The fries has ginger we usually always like the fries anywhere . The sandwich is mainly salad just slighyly meat . After all we were charged 25$ wouldnt recommend

Okay, I confess this is the only thing I’ve ever ordered here, but it’s my go-to again and again: the chicken shawarma plate with rice and hummus (pita bread not pictured). Amazing flavor and quality. Quick, delicious option for takeout. Definitely a hidden gem in the Ann Arbor/Ypsi area.

FOOD is AMAZING. Service not so.... they don't like honoring the perk system that they've put in place.... and want to get an attitude when you bring it to their attention.

Pre-pandemic, the food was decent. So, I decided to give it a try post COVID. I ordered the Haifa bowl with mudrajra and falafel, which is what I ordered in the past. Something in the food made my stomach hurt pretty bad. I ate maybe a quarter of the bowl and threw it out. This happened the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, 2022. I called and explained my experience to the person who took my order. He thanked me for letting them know. I thought after a couple of days, I would be good. It's December 14, 2022, and I'm still experiencing issues from the tainted food. If you decide to eat here, be cautious and careful about what you order.

I have been a regular for many years now and truly enjoy there chicken swarman, falafel sandwiches until recent visit the prices increased by $2.00 and it just put a bad taste in my mouth. I can't justify blowing ten dollars on one sandwich, I will seek else were for Mediterranean dishes.

I ordered catering from Haifa Falafel on behalf of a university program and am happy to say it was a big hit! Multiple students went out of their way to tell us how much they enjoyed it. Not only was the food delicious and the prices reasonable, but everything was visually beautiful, as well. The staff at Haifa were very courteous and helpful and the catering ordering process was straightforward. We order catering from a multitude of restaurants around Ann Arbor, but this was our first time ordering from Haifa Falafel - and it certainly won't be the last.
