We recently order a Pool table at Surat location for our company. Overall its been a good experience working with Aashish. Product quality is really good, We enjoy playing. There are some challenges at the time of installation but he has manage pretty well. There are some delay in delivery but that fine. sometime things take its own time. Few recommendations: 1. We get the periodic updates but that needs to be better so we can also see the progress & suggest if any change we spot. 2. You may need to pay extra attention to order details, as that might crate the issue both the parties after delivery. :) In future, we need your continue support to maintain the table. hope to see the same support. The Products here are extremely good. The company was very patient and cooperative from the start till the end of the process of assembling the table. I would recommend to buy pool tables from them. They have premium pool tables which will surely make any place look great too.

I purchased a snooker table from M/s 21 Balls, Bawana Industrial Area,Delhi. The price and the quality of the product is excellent. Mr Ashish Sehgal,the owner of company is a commited person and installed the table timely. I like the team 21 Balls and recommend for purchase the table and other sports/ entertainment products from them. The speciality of table is its joint free cushions,which are not easily available.

Very bad quality!😱. Took a mini snooker table of 10*5 feet for 1 lakh! ..it turned out to be low quality just after few months..the finishing done on the table is also getting worst day by day!

Quality is excellent..

Low Quality products, 5*10 table, pool table,and foos ball , 5*10-pockets wood getting cracks after a month, pool table worth 110000/- its good for Photography not to play, being Dead in my parlour, ball getting damage coz of style of Structure, balls first hits the screws and enters pockets, and no one side colection, have to search ball after Every game, half installed, foos ball- rate not worthy, copy of original , ball have to push by Hands, ball not touching to players, corner wood slope is not in original table, its installed to hold glass which is not necessry in play area, and received damaged. all waste of money, simply sweet Talks for Customer satisfaction. my all money wasted,.

My friend want to sell all 21balls products, second hand also no one is ready.
