One of the worst hotel in New Delhi. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody because there's nothing good about this hotel. They have a wifi connection without internet. Water supply sometimes get interrupted for no reason. Restaurant is nothing but an abandoned underground tunnel. Staff only consists of 3 or 4 people.

Don't ever book this place via OYO, because once you will get there they will say that we don't accept OYO bookings because we don't have tie up with them anymore and then they will ask you to cancel the booking. They will verify if you have cancelled the booking or not on their end because they are still have tie up with OYO but want more money from you. They will then ask you to book again for more money. They are just cheating OYO and customers, both. Don't ever book this hotel. Not safe for couples as well. Rooms were dirty and bathroom was pathetic. I was suspicious if they have installed cameras in the rooms.

Wrost hotel, no service at their place, the rooms were not cleaned not even the washrooms was clean. So if i hv option to give marks as per my choice i would give -10 coznit really bad.

Hospitality VERY POOR. I was travelling with my friends from manali to delhi. We all were girls. Due to traffic we were late so the hotel owner refused to give us the hotel direction & behaved very badly with us. I will suggest not to go in this hotel where there is no respect for women. Experience is very pathetic. Owner asked our driver to leave us in the middle of the road at night.

Guy at the reception did not even checked me In. Reception looked like cheap 200 rupees Paharganj wale hotel. Wasted time and money. Better to avoid OYO altogether.

Room is good , no balcony all the switches not working

East Inn is an okay kinda of a hotel. The staff is friendly, cleanliness is okay. The location of this hotel is perfect in East patel nagar market. Finding parking around can be tough however accessibility to the market makes it a perfect spot. There are good restaurants, atms and all kinds of stores nearby. Metro station is around half a km away.

It's an average hotel. Staff is polite but unprofessional. Amenities are average. You can get a room for around Rs. 1800. Rooms are normal. You can see some of the real uploaded pics.
