Bad construction and worse maintenance.There are cracks all over the facade and they aren’t superficial as stated in posts. Rain water seeps in apartments from these cracks.STP not serviced regularly,basement and shafts are leaky and smelly.sorry if attached pics disgust you.

Adding more from 2023. The most poorly managed society. Approach road does not exist. And you are supposed to use a cramped service road. The security is pathetic. Absolutely no communication among the main gate and lobby. Stay away from this society. Cracked walls, seeping ceilings and price that of golf course road. Poor maintenance facility. My family is been harassed by the plumbing department. There was a water pipe burst and the plumbers were spend the entire day repairing the pipe with a tape. 5 days past there have been instance of unprofessional behavior, multiple unskilled people trying to fix a pipe with no resolution in 5 days. To an extent, that a plumber entered our bathroom through the window at midnight compromising our safety and security. In the covid surge with a immune-compromised patient at home we are unable to use washrooms. The maintenance and building quality is extremely below average. We were considering purchashing a flat here however will change the decision after this horrible experience

Beautiful location and ecofriendly managed society .Externally decorated but internally many loopholes, like poor strengthening materials, poor designed interior structures & fittings to fulfill minimum requirements.

Society is well maintained. Rooms sizes are good enough so you can make wardrobe along with a wall. They give kitchen as complimentary gift but the quality of kitchen not as good. So if you have to move there, you could have your modular kitchen on your own. Entry of flats is good, lift lobby and passage is very classy and you can visit gym or swimming pool which is very well maintained. Entrance lobby of apartment is quite pleasant. Properly hygiened, sanitised. View from this society is of Aravali hills (oldest hills so far) greenery is the main landmark for this project.

Beautiful location.. Compliments its name.. The Peaceful.... Decent staff at Security checks and at reception... I truly appreciate the Ambience n this vicinity..

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE The materials used were subpar, lacking alignment and security. The environment is insecure, governed by questionable practices, with laws seemingly favoring builders. Unethical restrictions hinder privacy and security – no temporary sheds, awnings, or balcony hedges allowed. Stray dogs, dirty staircases, basement garbage, and pre-paid maintenance without service or decorum add to the frustration. The electricity boards and plumbing are haphazard, tiles in poor condition, and promised features like a modular kitchen are missing. Paint stains further mar the experience.

Amazing place , great people and awesome vibe . One of the best socities in Gurgoan for sure 👌! Just the approach road is tricky but once that is solved it will be a paradise

Beautiful property nestled at aravali foothills. the approach is a minor concern as of now. But it shall be sorted in an year or so I believe.
