I mean, it felt dull tbh.. The staff is good but the atmosphere not so much.. Torn out seats. It did not feel like I was sitting at chaayos. I always felt good while entering a chaayos outlet but not so much here. I just got a peach iced tea but why was coriander leaves in there!? I guess I will never know

The attitude of the present staff is very unfriendly! They miss out on adding the bills to our profile and deny later stating server issues. Edibles which are on display are not served as they say their portal shows it out of stock The previous staff was really nice! We are regular here but disappointed
