The designs are lovely - however for the price you pay for these dresses, the customer service is poor. 1. My anarkali dress was late due to the fact that they didn't account for the post office not being open on Sundays 2. The dress was custom made based on my measurements HOWEVER I could not actually get into and out of the dress without help - and this is because they stitched over the side zip by more than necessary. I broke a few stitches trying to get myself out of this dress. 3. The Dupatta was 40 cm longer than the entire length of my dress. which meant that it was dragging on the floor 20cm each side. Disappointing that the dupatta wasn't adjusted according to the length of the dress. They also did not respond to my complaint on this. 4. Finally, the packaging was less than ideal. You open it, and the dress is inside a plastic package, and that's it. For a $1k AUD dress, you would expect the box to be more delivery proof, and with tissue paper to protect the dress - nothing. Amazon deliveries are way better than this! Would I make a purchase again? No. I love the designs but I have to remind myself that this experience was enough to not go back. 2 stars only because I received the dress.

I visited the store since i have a wedding lined up in my family . The collection is amazing something for everyone. The staff was super polite especially shubhangi who helped me personally. As the collection is for young still my mother appreciated the outfits curated for her. Just waiting for the new collection to launch ❤️

I met Twinkle at the Ambawatta Ridhi Mehra store and she was a delight. She recommended this outfit and it’s actually the first one I tried for my function and made the purchase within ten minutes. It was a sure shot decision. The alteration was also seamless. I enjoyed the outfit a lot. It was light and a perfect addition to my trousseau. I see myself wearing it so often. I placed an order online for the ready to wear sari for my mendhi. The shipping says 8-10 days and I had to fight customer service to make sure I got it within the time frame. I also referenced their size guide and it was not true to size and had to have it tailored. Although the sari was beautiful it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Completely pathetic experience with these guys - ruined my wedding outfit. Not once but multiple times. I spent hours with them trying to fix it. Ultimately ended up missing one of my wedding functions because I was at their store for 6 hours, trying to get my outfit sorted. Zero remorse and no attempt made to help expedite anything. In the end, I got it on the final day that I had to wear it. Still didn’t fit but I had no choice but to wear a blouse that was too tight at the arms and too long. They couldn’t make a blouse after 6 attempts. The saree as well was so poorly made. Lacking in quality completely. There was too much extra fabric, which caused the saree to be too long for me - people stepped on it and it got torn. On top of it, they had too much extra fabric under the chiffon so it clearly showed through the saree, giving it a very unfinished look. Please don’t waste money purchasing from here - it’s a headache. Some lady called Shivangi tried managing the situation but she was completely rude and unhelpful. Strongly recommend trying other saree designers instead.

I had a wonderful experience with the Ridhi Mehra team in creating my custom wedding dress! I worked with Ridhima, who provided me top notch customer service, was so incredibly helpful along the entire way, kept me up to date along the entire process and was always so quick to respond with answers/updates. The dress arrived on time and required no additional altering and I received so many compliments on my dress. Thank you, Ridhi Mehra, Ridhima, and team for making my wedding dress dreams come true!

I received the outfit on time BUT it was poorly designed. There was no shape to the kurtha and the sleeves were too long that it was hanging over my hands. I would not recommend this designer. Poor quality workmanship.

Bought my outfit online and they were kind enough to accommodate my alterations. I wore it for my roka ceremony and couldn’t have picked a better designer for my special day.
