Shoppers Stop is now open for customers. This is in Gaur City Mall, Great Noida West which is near to Char Murthy Circle. Neat and clean as of now but lot of signage are yet to be installed.

Please read the offers carefully, DO NOT trust the support staff, they'll lie to sell products. The support staff have no knowledge about the offers. One of their support staff in the eyeglasses section told me to purchase 5 Paytm vouchers so that I can get max discount on my purchase, while purchasing the vouchers I asked him about the surety but he said it'll work and I can get max discount if I use those vouchers, after the purchase I was only able to use 2 voucher on 3K - 3K purchase each. I ended up getting no discount (just 200 per voucher) + 1500 INR loss because of his lack of knowledge and incompetency. He also promised that he can get those Paytm voucher redeem on his other sales later but that never happened. I never complaint about this incident with the SS staff on the same day because I thought it might lead him to trouble but later I realised that it was a mere sales trick, I wish I was wrong. My fault was that I trusted this support staff blindly without going through the details about the offer as I thought he might be well aware about the offers atleast more than I am. P.S. I will edit the review, If SS team is able to help me or atleast address the concern properly.

Long waiting for billing counter so customer selecting the products and leaving the showroom without purchase. Same thing happened with me. They have billing counter but no staff.

Shoppers Stop @ Gaur city Mall, Greater Noida... New mall and fresh outlet with shinning interiors which gives customers a wide range of Products like clothes, apparels, cosmetics, fragrances, eye wear, watches and more. As the mall is newly opened and Shoppers stop paid extra attention towards ambience of the store which is eye catching and fully refreshing as compare to all other shoppers stop outlet. One would checkout various discounts going around for this outlet. Recently visited Shoppers stop and got the 'The Man company' products for buy Rs. 2500 products and get Rs. 2500 for free and also bought goggles for kid. Mr. AMAN is @ the counter and he is very helpful and demonstrate the perfect things for the customers.. Today, again visited and found that a great offer going for 6th, 7th and 8th Sept The Man comoany oroducts buy 4 and get 4 free. Also various discounts on other items.

I don't know what to say 1st time today I visited here to purchase a perfume but the staff is forcing me to buy which I don't wana buy ever 3rd staff coming and on this offer u will like It like trust me I leave shop and buy perfume from lifestyle that staff Is far better and politely showing me perfume and not telling me buy thi buy that they just showm me perfume I like one of them and purchased but shopper stop staff should be more gently and they have to be more polite way to handle customer not by forcing to buy something don't wana buy just show customer choos if they loved they will buy for sure I think shopper stop should learn from lifestyle how to deal with customer

Billing will take longer than selection of cloths. Most of the time only one or two counters will work. Totally untrained and unprofessional staff.

My shopping experience at Gaur mall shoppers stop store was very awesome superb..all staffs are very helpful.. superb collection in a single roof... I want to say that please visit at least one time in this store.. thank you for giving me this experience.

This place has everything under one roof, be it for ladies, gents or kids, it's always a good experience shopping here.

Very pathetic condition don’t knw how to handler customer politely upon delay in billing when asked they were very rude. Shivani and Ankita employee of shopper stop shd be removed from they r very rude

Very pathetic condition on counter. The other day I was shopping only one counter open. I asked floor manager at 3 rd floor who didn’t help although very rude behaviour shivani and Ankita were present at counter

This place is really good and attractive to watch lovers. You will get alot of brand varieties with latest collection. Must visit if you need good and latest watches. Also the staff is really helpful and cooperative.

Shoppers Stop is one of the shopping outlets amongst others in the Gaur City Mall Noida. This outlet is well organised. Various brands and their products are there under one roof. The store has a range of products including clothes, dresses, footwear, fancy artificial jewellery, watches, crockery items, travel items and cosmetics etc. The store is quite big. They have the trial rooms The billing process is smooth. Overall it is a good departmental store to visit for the need.

I had taken the membership of shoppers stop recently of 350. They said that in two hours my money will be refunded in my account but it's been four days and there is no refund. If there was no such thing, then why did the employee said that my money will be refunded in my account.

It took me 10 mins to select what I wanted and 25 minutes for billing. I actually had to go to the 1st floor to get the billing done relatively faster. Overall, there are 5 billing counters on every floor and only one of it working. The sole cashier is also solving payment issues making it longer waiting time. Very disappointing experience.

This store is in Gaur city mall, biggest store of Gaur city mall offering good range and great service. Recently I visited to buy for kids appeals and found good range here. Met with a staff who introduced himself as personal shopper. They were quick and very responsive in customer service.

Returns should be easy as they mention in their return policy. I purchased an artificial necklace, considering shoppers stop product would be good. When I checked it after going home, it was small to fit in the neck and the chain was having rust on it like old artificial jewellery has. When I came to return it, they asked didn't you see this at the time of purchase. How obvious is that, why would I purchased if I saw it that time! Then they discussed it amongst themselves whether to return it or not and then they returned it with a credit note which calls for forced shopping. This should not be the case, brands should offer hasslefree and quick returns via original mode of payment, that too when it's a defective product.

I really like shopping with shoppers stop and i always prefer the same while shopping offline. The collection is amazing and offers are also pretty good. Staff service is very good and helpful.

Terrible place the salesperson gives you colored commentary and they have really bad dealing on bill desk will never visit again
