Very poor place..no management in the hotel..room smell so much..even washroom was not clean..my personal experience was very bad in hotel..I literally suggest to go for other options.They don't have any option in the name of breakfast, only provide 2bread n egg everyday, anything else you want is chargeable at higher rates then normal. Charge for water is also so high, nothing is satisfactory..even the behaviour of staff was not good, they are not co-operative at all. Living there was not less then suffering, it was the worst stay ever for me. It's better to go for 2star hotels rather then staying here.

It's not business class hotel, For every included services you have to bagging every time. TV IS not working. Hot water someday came someday not. A poorest bf I have seen ever. Every day poori bhaji. No changing of Manu. No included restaurants. Outside food service are available but tea will by cup only no plates provided. No restaurants nearby. I have very good experience with many treebo properties but this was not satisfying at the way of business visits. For short visit it's ok.

Courteous staff and very helpful..I had an accident during my trip to India and I stayed for 7 days total but for 2 nights after getting discharged from hospital. The staff really helped me a lot as my left leg was broken. Thanks to Panday who helped to accompany me at the airport because I couldn't walk. I'll definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to India after this pandemic..till then stay safe.

I found my stay at the Treebo hotel very comfortable. The staff was highly friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean. Overall I had a good experience and stay there.

They show entirely different rooms against what they allot to you. Ac was window and making too much sound which didn't let me sleep all night. Bulbs missing, broken sockets, poor condition of washroom, lavatory dirty. Worst part is that they mention complimentary buffet breakfast but provide just 1 item and charge you for a buffet.

It's a total waste hotel, the rooms are not good, the bathrooms are also not that good, staff don't listen to the customer's they hate the customer. The location is very narrow, but the only plus point is it is situated beside the Karol Bagh New Delhi.

Staff behaviour and comforting is good. Room cleanliness, facility and wifi is that not much good, need a lot more improvement. Rooms are not as per expectation, in photos it is very good but in real it is not matching photos. Towels are not clean, bathing kit is not good. TV connection itself not there after that one guy came and corrected that one. No water bottle to drink we need to pay separate for even water bottle. Cupboards are smelling bad. Complementary breakfast is ok bread omlete. Need a improvement in complementary breakfast also.

Hotel Rockwell Plaza offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The rooms are beautifully designed, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff's hospitality is truly commendable. A definite highlight of my trip.

Overall the stay was good and comfortable. However, the breakfast they offer is a very normal one. Not worth paying 250/-. Also, the staffings are kind of limited which results in lack of coordination.

Situated in K Bagh.Stayed overnight for transit and shopping. Rooms were neat but need a fresh paint. Towels were old. Basic utilities provided. Staff courteous

Staff not cooperative one person named pandey. We had medical emergency at 3 am there are no 24*7 medical shops near by Nor uber comes to this location as the place is main market and restrictions for cars...uber could not track the location.. Neither the staff of this hotel bothered to help were sleeping . Warm water not available at 5.30am if we plan to leave early. We had to catch train at 7 pm so in winter they say it's available after 6.30pm Break fast was not available by 8am.... Regret to book this hotel

Room and toilet were clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average since options are limited.

To be honest overall we can rate the hotel upto 4 out of 5. The staff is well mannered, my mom got some negative vibes in the room early in the morning around 4 am, so we requested the manager/ owner to kindly allow us to stay in a different room for couple of hours, he was kind enough and alloted another room to stay for few hours even though the rooms/ hotel was full of bookings. The hotel is in the middle of the market in Karol bagh so kinda it got little bit challenging to get here. The hotel rooms are clean and proper!

Booked it through airbnb thinking it would be a condo but later got msg saying it’s a hotel. Staff at reception is very rude throughout the stay. At the checkout he was asking me for more money even though we hadn’t ordered anything from hotel and had already paid online for our stay. Won’t recommend to anyone from overseas.

Rooms are dingy. Furniture and lighting inside rooms is very poor. The fridge in the room was not working and was filthy. Not worth the amount being charged. Not recommended at all.

Location of the hotel was good, rooms are ok, morning breakfast was repetitive, one thing that was lacking was Geysers in rooms, though it was available centrally, but then hot water not available 24 hours.

The location is right in the market area, walkable distance from Karol bagh metro station. The breakfast menu can be improved..

Looked like not maintained, cleaned in long time..they won't fix things which can be fixed easily in room! Bathroom exhaust wasn't working hence there was moist in room. Didn't do dusting of lamps, windows etc in long time. Screws were loose, things were broken, TV was not recharged, safety locker's batteries died, poor breakfast, hot water in bathroom only in morning and evening but was not informed, very old and rusty fittings, dustbin etc etc Good part was helpful staff. We had lot of luggage but they helped with that to load unload from car and room, gave extra hour for check out, well behaved, responsive. Would suggest them to put some money to maintain and clean the property

We got into this hotel at last moment, service by the hotel staff is very good. It's located very close to Karol Bagh China market.

No proper kitchen in hotel food ordered was from some where else, and that too was not good, They won't provide you a good room in your booking category also even if 60% rooms are vacant...... And breakfast was at its worst.... Room was clean but small and shabby, bathroom's WC was very dirty, condition of shower and tap were bad.... Airtel set-top box was not working most of time. Ac are very noisy, showing split ac on app and giving window ac in rooms that too not working properly when its not very very hot in delhi. I dont know why treebo is affiliating this hotel with their brand name, its not worth it....

Rooms are neat and clean. But located in congested Road

This place doesnt have dedicated parking facility. Even though they claim that they have parking, we'll have to park our cars in a narrow and busy public street adjacent to thier wall. Also its a huge headache to get the car in and out of the street during day time as its heavily crowded. If you are travelling by your own vehicle, its better to stay away from this place.

1. Hygiene of the room, bathroom & common area was pathetic. 2. Linen placed on the bed was dirty after several reminders they didn't bother to change it. 3. Hot water is available only during morning, bathroom fittings was rusty. 4. Food was over priced.

The location is a big problem. I followed the Google map location which directed me to Sarai Rohilla. Also, the auto rickshaw driver too scammed me. He first claimed to know the location and then kept on roaming around, asking people and wasted good time and charged 80Rs which however was just 5minutes walk from the metro station. Coming to the property, just an average one. The rooms are congested and adjacent to each other so no peace. The washroom was nice. How'ver the TV was out of subscriptions. The bedside lamps were too not working. Rest, everything was okay.

-The location isn't ideal as it is inside the market. Roads are blocked for taxi drop/pickup. -They didn't accept credit card pay. -The first room provided had cigrate odour. Later it was changed - Hot water for bath only in mornings - Bathrooms had old rusty taps, leakage - Staff were professional

Bad service and inexperienced staff

The hotel was very nice but the location was in a place where travelling by car in peak hours in a place like Karol Bag is extremely difficult and cubersome. The staff is well behaved and courteous. The buffet breakfast is very limited options although of good quality. The rooms are clean and well maintained with clean bathrooms. A shaving kit, a couple of use and throw sleepers for use in room is highly recommended and would increase the value for money. I would definitely recommend the particular hotel for a nice family stay or for business trips.

200 mtr from main shopping lane of karol bag. Excellent place to stay while weeding shopping. Owner also provide detail of good shops for Weeding shopping.........

Good place and service was quick. Located in the center of Karol Bagh Market and good for shoppers. The facilities are well but can be improved.
