Visited lenskart store in Vegas Mall, Dwarka. The store was well equiped with all the varieties of eyeframes in all price range, starting from Rs. 999/-. The store is located at ground floor of Vegas Mall, Dwarka in the outer circle before entering the main entrance. Parking is available in the mall. They have facility for eye testing and have all sorts of equipments like sterlizer in place. The only drawback I found is that the staff was very slow to attend to new customers even when there was no rush. But later when we pointed out the staff was quick to explain every detail about the frames I enquired about. They didn't have many offers going on at the moment. You can choose from the variety at display or they can get you the other varieties by making you select from their tablets online. They have their own brand of eye frames 'Vincent Chase' which were quite good and reasonable. They also have few popular brands of eye frames. If you specifically want Crizal lens then you are into big disappointment as they don't deal in them. The prices are fixed in all the lenskart stores, and you get 1 year warranty. You can visit any store near you to avail any of their services that is a big advantage. All billing is online, which means you don't have to save any manual bills for warranty. Just provide your mobile number and you are good to go. They also deliver the ready frames to your doorstep without any extra charges.

Absolutely bad service. I ordered 2 John Jacobs glasses. First I was told they will be delivered by 5 nov but only one was delivered then I found only one will be delivered by 5 nov and the other will be delivered a week later. Then after a week I got the notification that my glasses will be delayed a week more. Then today i got a message saying it won't be delivered to my house and i have to pick it up from the store. I tried calling the store but no one picked up the phone so i had to visit the store because I got the message saying it's been delivered to store so when I visited the store today they said it's not been delivered it's just saying that and it will be delivered later. Was not expecting this kind of service from lenskart was very disappointed.

Lenskart is a good brand.You'll get the product here just like any lenskart store but don't go here if you expect good or even ok customer service or if you just need help regarding the products. I've been to few lenskart stores in country but never encountered a staff like theirs. Quite disappointed with this store in particular not Lenskart.

I had a problem with my Aqualens monthly contact lenses. Went there for return they helped me to return the closed boxes but as per lenskart they didn't take the open boxes.

Ill mannered staff, who even lack basic human etiquette. Seemed less like a place I would like to visit, let apart buying things from here.
