So we had a appointment for daughter to get her top braces on. They told me before I made the appointment that it would take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. I showed up 5 to 10 minutes early, figured if we had to do any more paperwork and make initial payment. Which they took that really fast. (Taking the payment was the only fast thing)The appointment was at 12:15pm, we sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Did not get into room until 1pm. No concern for patient and families time. If this is the rate that the appointments will continue I will have to contact my insurance and see what my options are about switching to a different orthodontist. I just thought when my son came here, it was because of covid causing longer wait times. Seems like it is taking even longer than during covid times. Will have to look for another orthodontist for my younger daughter. They need to figure out how to schedule better. The patients time is valuable also.

Had the worst experience here . Was told appointment should take no more than 45 min yet I waited over an hour in the waiting room. This office seems to have no type of time control clearly . Assistants in the back sitting and gossiping not the first time I heard that about this office , I was referred by a friend of mine who has their kid coming here, definitely not coming back . Person who did photos at the consultation appointment was so harsh with my kid . Save yourself the time and don’t come here . You’ll be dealing with an office with no consideration for your time & an office with stank attitude employees .

South shore is honestly one of the more professional offices that I have been too. While being professional their staff have very high energy and are nice to joke or talk to. I highly recommend if you are in need of braces or even invisalign. They are the way to go

Do not use! Complete scam, my son went in for a “free” consultation, at no time were we informed of any fees to be incurred. We decided to go with another orthodontist only to find out that our insurance was billed 330 dollars, 80 for the consultation and another 250 for photos and scans. When contacting them by phone after finding out our insurance was charged, we were informed the “free” consultation was the dentist looking in my child’s mouth and saying “yes he needs braces” but once they took photos and scans we were going to be billed. No one in the office at anytime told us there would be any charges. We were told on the phone it was free for us because we didn’t pay anything out of pocket, I had to explain to the person on the phone that it did in fact cost us money as all the estimates were well over my insurance life time allowance and their slimy tactics of charging for what was sold as a free consultation lowered my allowance by 250 dollars. We were also told we weren’t informed of any possible cost of the “free consultation” because my insurance doesn’t allow them to charge customers but if I had another insurance company I would have been informed of charges. Terrible business practices! Do yourself a favor and stay far far away. Wish I could give them zero stars

The office ie very clean. Each member of the team is professional. The doctors and the staff during each visit always give a personal attention to my son . I will recommend this Office to whomever. Miss Dina always greets you which a beautiful smile. Do not hesitate to give a visit. You won't disappointed.

Coming here is really great they make sure you have great comfort when putting in braces and if you really need and can’t afford they go out of their way to help you find a better price or find a cheaper option so that your teeth look the best

My daughter just loves you all. She didn't want to change Orthodontist when we moved to Coram and now her braces 😬 are about to come off.
