I was looking to purchase a Bullfrog Spa based on some research and some recommendations. I contacted Bill and the process was as easy as can be. He is knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I ordered the Bullfrog in October and received it in December of 22. I was not ready to install it until June of 23 due to construction of my new backyard. When I was finally ready to use it, I called Bill and asked him to send his crew over to install the cover lifter, connect the wifi component and give me a little education on owning a spa. Diego came to my home exactly when scheduled and was a pleasure to deal with. Diego did everything he had to do and shared with me a lot of his knowledge of basic maintenance, cleaning, chemicals, etc. He even told me that whoever designed my lift up deck is a genius. (I will take credit for the idea, but give my contractor credit for the details.) He was so impressed that he took pictures and was going to show people how to build a deck around the tub while making access to guts of the tub easy. Service after the sale is very important in this business and so far they have delivered. I give Bill, Diego, and the team at Best Hot Tub my highest recommendation.

I purchased a Bull Frog Spa from this company recently after a lot of research. As an overseas owner I needed a reliable company that could suit my needs when I can't be based in the US. Not only did the price compete very well, Bill and his team kept in contact with me through the installation. I would also recommend the premium weekly hot tub maintenance package if like me your unable or renting out your property.

I’ve had my Bullfrog Spa for 7 years now and I have no regrets. Still working as good as when brand new. Any issues I’ve had have been minor, needed to replace control panel once, inexpensive repair and service was great. Called Mike directly and he responded immediately. Quality product and service.

I have owned my Bullfrog Spa for 1 year now, best investment in a hot tub. Works great, constant temperature, very easy to maintain, great quality. Recently spa technician Diego was doing some minor maintenance and discovered broken clips on the cover, he replaced those clips right away. Coincidentally a week or so earlier the cover blew open in a windstorm and broke a plastic hinge cover. Unbeknownst to me he went back to his store to find a replacement part then returned the same day to make the repair. He knew I could not use the hot tub until the repair was done. You just don't find that level of customer service these days. If you are buying a hot tub I whole heartedly recommend Best Hot Tubs in Farmingdale. Go speak to Keith , you won't be disappointed.
