Absolutely DISGRACEFUL !! Stay away at all costs … we received cold pizza 1 & half hours after it was cooked. These guys were then legitimately rude to us on the phone even putting it down on us & blaming it on their delivery system, which had nothing to do with it & was efficient, as we could track them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!

Don’t order from here! I put in an order for $204 worth of pizza. The form said it’d be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour later, it was not here so I rang to check up on it - a girl picked up and (without apology) said oh, your order is on the way already, you should get it. I was like okay thanks. Another half hour later, still nothing, so I rang again and asked if they could check with their delivery driver maybe it was dropped off at the wrong house? To which the person on the phone went to talk to someone in the background and comes back with “oh we didn’t actually get your order”. “It just came through now actually.” I was dumbfounded and confused, I said half an hour ago I was told it was on the way. The person replied rather impatiently “Sometimes when people call the order comes through / it takes awhile to print” or something along those lines. What kind of a response is that? I need to call up 2 times for my order to come through to them, even though the previous person said it had left the restaurant already? After that weird excuse they asked if I still wanted the pizzas, I said yes, and asked how long it would take. They said 30 minutes. Took 45 to come, but I’m just glad I actually got them. I don’t mind if things go wrong as long as the customer service is apologetic and the excuse is reasonable. None of that happened, if anything I was talked to as if it was my fault. After reporting this to the customer support email, they said they’d pass it onto the franchisee, didn’t get a reply from them so I suspect they don’t care. Never buying here again.

I cannot believe how highly unprofessional and rude the owner is at this location. Using the app, I ordered a pizza and also claimed my "Free Pizza Reward" through the loyalty program. When I came to pick the order up, the owner had my food tightly grasped in his hands and stated I was not eligible for the free pizza?! He demanded I pay full price for it, even though I had already fulfilled the payment side of things through the app. After a lot of back and forth, he had the audacity to say that if I was a beggar or homeless person on the street, he would maybe consider giving me the free reward pizza. After a lot of back and forth, I was even refused a refund. Ultimately, I left the premises with no food and no refund. I will never go back to this location.

Possibly the worst Crusts I have ever been to. Try it by all means, but this is my warning. Go to Hilton Pizza. They are just as close, have excellent quality & customer service.

Absolute rubbish! After 50 mins I called as website says 30mins delivery. To be told “ they think the pizzas are on there way” having left 10mins ago. We live 5 minutes from the store. They arrived cold another 10mins later and without garlic bread. I rang the store the owner tried to fob me off until I demanded 2 new pizzas and the garlic bread. She then told me they dont have garlic bread - sold out that is paid for and I would have to wait another 40minutes! And they are short on drivers! The fresh pizza arrived and were gross not to mentions the supreme has NO meat on it at all and the BBQ chicken - what chicken! The only positive thing I can say is the delivery driver was very polite and patient .

By FAR the best Crust Pizza I have ever had!! I've newly moved to Fremantle, and I couldn't fault it if I tried! Honestly! Like most, I paid for extra toppings and my god they are the only Crust Pizza that made it worth it! This pizza was stacked with fish, meat, salad, veg, extra sauce (yes it was my mid-week slump day lol). It was piping hot and full of FRESH ingredients and flavour - cooked perfectly.. Money well spent!! This is my new pizza joint, 100%. Apologies about the pics lol (I ate half of the large pizza and picked off some ingredients because I just couldn't help myself 😬) well done Freo 👏👏👏

Highly recommend the Smokey Pulled Jackfruit pizza - it was unbelievably good! Beautiful flavour and taste that the meat eaters couldn't believe it was vegan. I will be going back to try the rest of their plant-based pizza range.

Good and great staff and service in the restaurant but bad ingredients , no fresh tomato , pretty bad pizza actually , one of the worst I ever had , it tasted awful and apart from that got a white sauce on top of all the pizza Wich it was disgusting

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. I ordered two vegan pizza's with 2 garlic breads and the vegan buffalo chicken on Friday morning for delivery at 6:30pm that night. I got a call around 5:30 saying the pizzas were put in a bit early and if I didn't mind them being delivered earlier (which was completely fine by me). The super friendly delivery driver came at 6pm and handed me my food. The pizzas were delicious and packed with ingredients. The garlic bread was good and the Buffalo bites were the best - just like popcorn chicken. No complaints and super happy with the food and service 🙌

Ordered a pizza, garlic bread and spaghetti bolognaise on uber eats. When it finally arrived there was 2 pizzas sitting on our door step. We couldn’t get through to uber thinking maybe they were dropping off 2 orders and got it mixed up. Called crust and they said its actually sitting at the restaurant still, they gave uber the wrong order.. they said they will put our food on the next delivery, surely they weren’t going to give us that food after its been sitting there for that long? Well they did.. pizza was cold and spaghetti was falling a part to the touch, no sauce and cold. $9 for a slice or bread with a bit of garlic on it, soggy and ALSO cold. Not ordering from here again

What did I just eat?!?! 24.00 for a medium pizza, 13.00 for pasta. Both items aren't edible. Please don't waste your hard / easy earned money.

We have always enjoyed Crust Supreme and Hawaiian pizza from Fremantle Crust but tonight they were very substandard..overcooked ..dried out..very disappointing. Need to lift your game guys.

As a compliment, I have never had pizza like this. We had a lot of fun eating this pizza.

As regular customers we ordered pizza on line on 15th December but the website kept saying the payment had not gone through. After 3 attempts I rang the store and spoke to the manager who informed me that all 3 orders and payments had gone through (all different amounts for the same order too). I explained the situation and that there was only 1 order and asked for the other payments to be cancelled. He informed that this could not be done as purchased through the website so he would escalate to the owner and "head office " would process the refund in 5 -7 business days. On Dec 29th I called the store again as no refund had been received. The same manager said again he would speak with the owner who would contact me. Now it's January 4th still no refund and still no word from the owner. Crust you have lost a regular customer and I will now be referring this matter to the ombudsman.

This crust store continually ignore order notes and I have multiple times received the wrong order with things I have asked to remove (literally ask to remove one thing with a few add ons). My mistake for giving them the benefit of the doubt so many times. I have also been inside this store and it is always filthy. From the front bench, all the way into the back I can see the food and I assume dirt splattered everywhere. My advice - don’t go.
