Sid, the primary front desk person at this location, couldn't be more delightful. He goes out of his way to be welcoming and helpful. However, having stayed at this location twice recently, I am of the firm opinion that Sid needs more help in terms of readily available additional staff personnel. While the room was GORGEOUS, the television remote control battery was dead---and getting a replacement took more than an hour. The coffee maker did not work, and could not be replaced until the housekeeper arrived several hours later. There were no blankets available. There is mildew in the ceiling of the bathroom that needs to be attended to. WORST of all, SECONDHAND tobacco SMOKE INFILTRATION into my "non-smoking" room was a CONSTANT and HIGHLY DEBILITATING problem.-----as smokers are permitted to continuously smoke AROUND THE CLOCK in the "smoking patio", parking area AND seated on the stairway ALL WITHIN a FEW FEET of the non-smoking motel rooms. Also, the rooms are cleaned or treated with a substance that is VERY STRONGLY SCENTED---to the point that I suffered MAJOR sinus inflammation within an hour after arrival. Unfortunately, when I opened the window in an attempt to air out the room, I discovered that it had NO window screen whatsoever. Based upon this dynamic, as it is currently operated this Motel 6 is NOT a lodging location that is AT ALL workable for people who are Asthmatics, have allergies, or have ANY form of respiratory health / chemical toxin consciousness. Also, this location seems to attract an early-twenties age group that was unpleasantly noisy into the late night hours.

My husband and I stayed at this Motel 6 while we were here in California working for several weeks. The owners and their son were absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were in spectacular condition and the exterior of the property was spectacular as well! You can walk to several restaurants and the park is nearby, and is great for your pets if you brought one along. I have stayed at Motel 6 from the West Coast to the East Coast & this one has been the best & cleanest Motel 6 out of them all! We will always remember their generosity and kindness. 😊

The best Motel 6 experience so far. Check-in / out was seamless and the room was very clean. Plenty of parking and felt safe walking the dogs. We'll stay here again next time

If you like a cute tiny hotel, with tiny room (we got 201), with tiny bed, tiny bathroom with out toilet paper but with dirty towels like my mop at home, with thin wall, so you can listen the tv show of your neighbors, and you cannot use the AC/Heater during the night if you are looking to sleep...so noisy ..it's your hotel. Weird this hotel has this rare...I'm sure they report all bad comments to Google to remove them.

I must say that the staff has been amazing, very sweet on point and very accommodating. They made sure my stay was safe secure and well placed. There rooms are amazing. Kitchen was very nice touch and the area is well protected and safe. Ralph’s is right down the street and other restaurants close by plus Americana is right down the street. The maid staff keeps rooms cleaned and smelling good. I recommend this amazing place to stay for short and long term: Great place I give 5 out of 5.

This is a brand new Motel 6. It's owned by a wonderful working family who are committed each day to making their inn the best they can. I had a double king room. Excellent beds. Thermostat is amazing and works quickly. The decor of the rooms is very cute with moldings and baseboards that show the antiquity and charm of the former hotel that was here. There are cute balconies for some units. The rooms are very clean. I have a son with half of a heart,HLHS. I also suffer from tumors. The room was sanitary, well stocked, and had a cute red light theme over the beds. TV runs perfectly. The shower pressure is great. This is a classic hotel so only a few minutes for hot water on occasion when the night prior is cold. Cute fridge and coffee maker. As this is new to the Motel 6 family they are in the midst of building the brand. The owners and the GM, Manish Bhakta, and family go above and beyond to fulfill requests. This is a lovely stay. Internet is amazing!! Location? Every shop, grocery store, cafes, bars, restaurants, and both the Americana and Galleria are in walking distance. The high school is around the corner and people are cordial on the street and in shops. I would recommend 9 out of 10 stars if possible. Please remember this is a brand new motel. The owners work endlessly to build the brand. Motel 6 should review this location and upgrade their budget. They have the BEST RATES in rows of hotels in the area. Pet friendly, kid friendly, and the amazing smells of home cooking makes me think the owners should also sell food😁. I enjoyed my stay with my family and will return often. Motel 6 has another great location! This spot in particular has rooms that don't look or feel like a motel. Safe, inviting, easy, clean, and charming. THANK YOU, MR. Max was very accommodating when we wanted to switch our room. He was nice and helpful. I will definitely return to stay this motel when I visit LA.

Surprisingly pleasant experience. Clean rooms, no issue with parking, plenty of things close by, great location (only 10 min from DTLA, right by freeway)...would definitely stay again if needed.

This location was very quiet and it was super comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was so easy-going and attentive to anything me and my mom might need. I don’t normally do reviews but I actually was quite impressed with this motel. My mom was recovering from a surgery and it was a perfect place for her.

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It is exactly the same hotel as ‘Glendale Manhattan Motel’ (2-star hotel, 3.7/5 on google). In my 2-night stay there: the ceiling light in the bathroom was broken; the wifi did not work; the room was not sound proof at all. I could hear all the noise coming from the traffic outside and the neighbor upstairs.

Overall great experience and very little to no issues with the service or rooms. Linens offered daily, pets are ok and the rooms have direct TV. I don't ask for much but got more than I asked for here at motel 6 glendale even extendeda day with no issue. Definitely will return

I only stayed one night, no car, they have limited parking. Area was nice and quite. I didn't pay Deposit, it could be cause I paid with Card or only staying one night. Good stay, Coffee in Room was cruddy! There's a local mall and food close by.

Rooms were so much nicer then expected, housekeeping was very on top of cleaning. Property was clean and the area had a lot of stuff to walk to. Many activities in the area of Glendale. Customer service was amazing. This is my go to motel in the area

It was a perfect stay, they do charge $100 incidental chargers which I had no issue in getting refund. Very clean motel and , all the staff and housekeepers are very kind and nice. Manager Max and Amy are very nice and kind. Best price to stay.

Outstanding management, very clean, best price in town. I stay here quite often for work. Also they don’t charge a parking fee like a few other places in the area . 10 minute drive to beautiful downtown Glendale. Walking distance to Ralph’s and plenty of restaurants in the area.

We love this hotel! Very affordable, big, clean room with 2 king beds, balcony with a nice view, good coffee in the room, some parking spots are covered, friendly staff, I really recommend this hotel which is great value for the money, plus the glendale neighborhood is great in LA

Room is clean and spacious, the housekeeping service is fantastic. Check-in and check-out and is easy, they take $100 security deposit and i had no issues on checkout i got the deposit $100 back. Manager is very kind and nice

I got a queen size bedroom ( it was small) but the room was very clean and everything was working good in the room. And I think it was a good value of money. A lot of restaurants and places to you can go around it.

I had a friend that was picking me up to go to work. She was in maybe here a total of 15 minutes and the staff from this hotel came up here and started yelling at me in front of my co worker. "You must have visitors" "you sign papers"!!!! and I mean that they're very very embarrassing hear. Horrible, horrible experience and they treat you like you're an incarcerated individual, or like I am some teenager again. Wow. I thought this was America?
