Zak Dental is an awesome experience. I'm not too sure that anybody particularly likes going to the dentist, but at least they make your visit comfortable. I have been going to Zak Dental for years now and this is the best team they have had in a long time. If you don't like going to the dentist (me) but need to go, I recommend Zak dental. Shout out to Dr. Hessam Toossi.

Like I wrote through text earlier this morning. I am getting too many texts & emails requesting feedback, I took care of this particular one yesterday ... Yet no one replies to my questions & concerns ... You need to get yourselves together & create a more realistic form of communication with each patient. I've done everything suggested as what to eat and when after my root canal procedure, including what to take for the discomfort ... YET I'm experiencing pain as the Tylenol are not doing a good job ... and no one in your staff has called me. YOU also need to either send e-mails or texts ... NOT both. Gloria N. Rodriguez

I have never walked out from a dental visit as happy as I did today ! The front desk receptionist Olivia was very welcoming and helpful. I had a light treatment for my gums and Dr. Mai was so sweet at explaining my deep cleaning step by step. She made me feel comfortable I will definitely recommend Zak Dental.

The endodontist was knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't believe the type of music playing in the treatment room while I was waiting. It seemed almost inappropriate. I couldn't hear the lyrics but the beat was not suited for the environment. Dental patients need uplifting music, not seductive. The assistants were friendly and knowledgeable.

One of the best dentist i have been to my whole life they are quick and efficient they don’t try to scam you but actually work with you to help you with exactly what you need would definitely recommend this place!

It's ridiculously sad that I can't reach anyone in the office. All this AI mumbo jumbo is ridiculous and impersonal. Very unfortunate that today I really needed to talk to someone in the office, and instead I got 2 outside people that were not useful at all. I can recall not too long ago, I'd be able to just dial the number and BOOM an actual office person here in Downey would answer. Apparently that's not the case anymore.

Dr. Mai was so wonderful! Best experience ever at the dentist! She explained everything she was going to do and what she was doing along the way. She did everything with care. I felt comfortable and relaxed because of her! Thank you Dr. Mai!
