I was most excited about the 2 receptionist who greeted me with smiles and good vibes!! I was not in pain when I went in but I was asked more than twice how I was feeling and wished me well on my way out! The nurse in the room was very nice and Dr. Te was quick and informative! This is how I love doctor appointments!!!! 😄 My prescription was sent in asap and I walked out smiling with the receptionists waving 👋🏽 bye and wishing me again a great day and that I feel better. I like that Dr. Paulina made me feel comfortable. She was also very informative and was clear and precise and got straight to the point. She made it easy for me to understand my condition, what to expect and provided after care details.

Ms Bonilla is very knowledgeable and professional with great bedside manner. I especially liked that she took the time to explain each step of her treatment.

I went in with a clogged ear issue. I was concerned about it because I was to fly to Florida on Sunday and was afraid I might harm my ear drum. I couldn't hear out of my left ear! Anyway, the PA and staff took excellent care of me. It was a wax buildup issue and all of them were diligent about helping me get my hearing back. I was so relieved my issue was nothing worse than wax buildup. I am thankful for all of their help. Awesome people! Thank you!!!
