This is one of the best apartment homes that I have lived in. If I were to make a wish list of all the amenities that are in the apartment, this is the one. Taylor was a great help and had an answer to every question. Romy is very helpful, showing me the dog park and the apps on my phone. Robert and Brian, the maintenance crew, fixed the little leak that was under the sink so fast and easy. The leasing office is very professional and organized. And best of all everything is brand new and so close to the mall.

The moment I researched Paloma I knew it was going to be a gem! The staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful, and is there to help new residents and current residents. My husband and I moved across country due to military orders and was hoping we made a good decision about Paloma. The apartment is amazing everything is new and works beautifully the amenities are spot on! Even while living in a smaller place than we had before our move, there’s plenty of options for the both of us to have individual space if need be which I really appreciate, I would suggest this place to someone who is looking/has a high class style and is willing to maintain the beauty of these apartments and amenities!

Just moved into this beautiful apartment complex, and I’ve been loving it so far! I remember before moving in, I was in the area and decided to check out the complex on a whim. I asked if it was possible to tour that day without an appointment, and Romy was nice enough to give us his full attention and show us around. He has been so helpful throughout the entire move-in process. The leasing office staff is quick to solve any issues. I also love how beautiful the amenities are, there’s a fully equipped gym and yoga room. Lots of lounge areas to entertain dinner guests! And if you work from home, there are plenty lounge and business spaces to do your work here. If you’re looking to tour this complex, I recommend speaking with Romy for your needs.

My brothers and I are moving from Los Angeles to Orange county and we decided to check Paloma and we were not disappointed. The place, the amenities, the location and the staff were what helped us make the decision that this is our new home. Taylor and Hiram offered us a tour without even having an appointment.
