Americano was fresh and medium body to me. The Mexican hot chocolate was creamy and delicious. This place roasts their coffee well.

My niece has a clothing store a few meters from there and whenever I go I can't stop savoring this delicious drink. I really like the horchata late and the delicious tres leches bread. I really love everything they sell there

Visited this location with my family to enjoy some delicious items of the menu. During our time here my child needed the restroom and it was locked. We requested the key but the employee mentioned someone might be inside. After knocking and waiting 30 min and no one came out or would answer, I went back to the front and asked if they had a spare key, they said no. I then requested to speak to the manager Emanuel or Emman . The issue here is he is unprofessional as I was asking him if they have a spare key to the restroom he cut me short of my words 1. To answer his cell phone and 2. To tell me "yeah I got it" . And walked away. Feeling ignored and disrespected I called him out again to request EMANs supervisor name and number. There is no need to disrespect a customer that was only trying to address a problem.

Usually go here for their caramel frappe. Note: Do not go if you're in a rush. There's usually a line. Also, no restrooms available. Kinda expensive, but good. Doesn't have that burnt Starbucks taste. Try their muffins, they're yummy and they warm it up for you.

Ordered a horchata latte and was very bland. after I finished my drink opened the cup and saw this. All the horchata power was dry and stuck at the bottom. They didn’t even bother to mix the drink.

they don’t even deserve a star!!!! they don’t make there drinks right or even blend it well!!!! all the employees are lazy and have so much attitude!!!! they are no help at all when it comes to remaking your drink!!!!!!! the bathrooms are disgusting and there food is dry and not even well cooked!!!! never ever coming back here again!!!!!!!

It would of been nice if they could substitute the milk for frappes, Im a barista myself, it's a huge issue already if we dont substitute for people who can't drink regular milk. It's not a hard thing to do to be honest

The outside entrance smelled of urine. Other than that the inside is clean and staffs nice.

Here for the first time and both frappe and muffins were delicious. Muffins were fresh ad tasty (tres leches/churro). Had their horchata and rice/bens frappe. Will not disappoint.

I go in there to get a double shot of espresso that's about it it's clean people are helpful but the food I haven't tasted nice place nice atmosphere relax

Can't get enough of this place the past several years now. Not a good place to meet for talks or business. But a great spot to hit with friends and walk around with your drink while checking out the nearby shops.

I always buy the horchata Frappuccino which is family's favorite. Everything else is super good but this drink is the only one for me.. there is always a long wait time so be prepared to wait for awhile. Unless you submit your order online then just pick up your order when is ready, that's what we always do. Total recommend tierra mia.

Really nice coffee place to go to. The drinks are great and smells super nice in there all the time. I'm not from LA, but every time I go to LA I make sure to visit this place. I always get the Hochata Frappe. It's sooo good. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something new and delicious. They don't sell ordinary drinks that you'll find anywhere.

So i should start by saying the food was as good as always and nothing was wrong with my order. Everything was great in regards to the food. However, in regards to sitting outside and drinking our coffee it seems different. We couldn't sit inside because of COVID protocols but we were allowed to sit outside. But when trying to find a space in the makeshift location they had, there was no lights and looked like no one took the time to clean it. Seems to be dirty and more than one day old stains but luckily i carried wipes. There was only two chairs from the seats there which was a concern so we moved to the benches and wasnt bad and better cleaned. However, the floor outside seemed messy like did not sweep at all. When we left we were on oir way out and i looked back only to see even their sign has been damaged and just blinking almost like a run down motel. I honestly like the food but the upkeep here in this location needs to really change. However, coffee and churro muffins were delicious 😋.

The horchata latte is delicious, but they need to improve the cleaning, the floor is dirty and the restroom is SO SO dirty, it was disgusting. But the drinks and breads are so delicious.

The coffee is amazing I never had such an amazing experience they have some of there coffee powder for sale if you want some coffee in the morning during noon it's when it's most pack so ya.8/10

Got the horchata latte with an extra espresso shot. It was very weak even with the added espresso shot and we couldn't taste the coffee with all that sugar added in. Wait wasn't bad. Staff was friendly and bilingual. Price was about average for a coffee shop.

Visited on a Sunday evening and it was pretty packed. I always stop at one of their locations before heading home. This spot was actually in a cute spot. Very centralized, in the middle of a busy shopping location. Lots of shops for pretty much anything you need. I saw bridal and quinceñera, baptism, boot stores, formal wear, lots of food shops. Definitely will hit this spot again in the future to browse
