Deeply disappointed in this establishment it used to be well maintained but now its very disorganized there are no employees other than the cashier which is why people steal everything and the lines were ridiculously long. The housing conditions for the animals they sell are disgusting I cannot believe they care so little about their animals they had birds with filthy cages and stagnant green water to drink out of.

Change store hours online when u temporarily change hours. Dont send out spam saying curb or instore pic up... when its not available. I just spent $339 on food at pet dumb cuz of your hours not properly posted and instore and curb side not available. Keep up the good work walnut store. Remember gas prices are high to be making unnecessary drive bys to your store.

After leaving oc and having the same groomer for 5 years is hard finding another groomer well I cannot compliment Jessica who works in grooming here enough she deserves 5 stars and because of her is why I give 5 stars. The store usual never really carries the food I purchase there always out of nature's recipe. There clothing goes do fast here. They are currently under renovation here. Which is awesome ! They will have a vet service in site for availability. There carrying more products.

Nice place, kind employees. Rarely there will be an amazing sale on dog food. It's not advertised, just be lucky enough to stop in when it's happening. Aside from that, the products are expensive! A large size metal dog crate is $130! They sell the same size at Target for $49.99; which we had purchased a few days before. Target was also having an extra 15% off sale on the dog crate. Anyway, we went into this store looking to buy a crate mat/cushion. Let's just say they are cheaper at Costco. We actually went straight from here to the 5 Below and purchased 2 dog pillows for our new crate. The employees here are always great, it's the company that is the issue. Remember to shop around!

Placed is trashed ; how is the restroom closed when business is open .. I’m not doing business with this location that has NO RESPECT for their customers.. annoyed so much I just sold a few dozen “woof” stocks .

Petco in many ways reminds me of Toys-R-Us. It's a fun place to visit, but not the best place to shop. I was in the fish care section, and literally every single item costs 2, 3, even four times as much as they cost on Amazon. Last time I asked an employee, and she told me they don't even price match with Amazon. The only good thing (in the Fish dept.) they have left is the occasional 50% off on the fish tanks.

I always find what I need, since it's stocked and easy to find. Check out Line is usually busy but cashiers move the line along. This store is conveniently placed near by which makes it a smooth commute.

Our cats love to take trips to this place on their harness and leash.

Great service. The lady that attended us was fantastic. We were in a hurry to pick up a Snuggle puppy and a few other things we had ordered an hour before closing and she made sure we could do that despite the hour. It really meant everything to us that we got what we needed for our puppy as she was having separation anxiety and the stuff we got her was the only reason we were able to sleep that night.

Store refused to price match Petco.com item, per supervisor on duty, General Manager refuses to price match. I asked to speak with him and GM refused. I left my contact info and GM still hasn’t called me back. Customer service was very poor, General Manager is full of it. You have my info if you want to speak! Hopefully Petco Corp gives me a call.

How about you update the store hours on the website so people don’t sit in god awful traffic for no reason. K thanks.

I honestly recommend staying away from this place. I can’t believe what they did to my dog and aside from that, they never called me to reschedule the grooming appointment. The groomer, Judith did a terrible job and I will make sure people know what she did to my dog.

This location isn’t good. The staff are usually helpful and courteous, but the place always seems to be unpacking a lot of new stock. You often have to squeeze around piles of inventory and boxes. It looks very disorganized and chaotic. I also arrived once, having received the email that my order was ready for pickup, only to see that it had been closed for almost 2 hours already for “special hours.” The email was sent 1.5 hours+ after the place had closed. Just a mess.

I went to petco.. usually I'm a happy camper . I found a stray dog and took him in to have his micro chip scanned.. turns out they don't even have a scanner.. obsurd.

They remodel the store and finally finished it thank God it's a nice and clean place to shop for pets always stocked and full most of the time friendly and good customer service.

I was there today with so many questions and concerns about my python. I felt like I was underfeeding him. This young man Czar eased my mind. He was very knowledgeable. I walked out of there fully satisfied with his great customer service. Thank you Czar!

Called to ask if they had a chip scanner (I was told by the previous store I had called that ALL petcos have them) and the guy that answered the phone just now said “no, we’re about to close and only vets and shelters have them” Guess he was in a rush to go home

Not that much different stuff same as always toys 2 expensive for a 5min play dog destroyed almost every toy bought can't find 9ne that she won't chew rip oh even eat 😱

Great day everyone, I went in to buy fresh Pet Greens Live Cat Grass, but I was not able to purchase any because I was not able to find it, and when I asked an employee (near the cat litter section) stocking shelves he did not have a clue to what I was talking about, but I did manage to run into an employee (wearing a light blue Petco shirt - forgot to look at his name tag) that helped me look for it, and when he was not able to find it he asked Tere for assistance an employee that works there, but Tere was so busy she did not have time to help us out look for this product. (Date and time has been provided for camera/video review by upper management) Also, there is very little organization seen and pallets blocking the merchandise. I will never go back to this location, and all employees here need to get better coaching/customer service training as soon as possible. 07/06/19 12:04 Noon
